Perfect keyboard I just receive it and I am satisfied. Only thing I was upset about is that the package had a hole like from some knife or I dont know trough the plastic cover the the second layer and then the final box it seems kinda damaged but keyboard was fine.
Ordered the AK832 Pro, Red Linear and it's amazing. The box it came in was a bit soggy, but the keyboard was safe, and all parts are working. The tracking wasn't getting updated, but the WhatGeek always provided the updated tracking when I asked them for it.

I do not know how to describe why, but plugging the keyboard makes my computer to have sttutering issues during gaming. When I disconnect the keyboard the performance comes back to normal.

I received a wrong product and when I complained I was told it was my mistake and that I should buy a product from your company that was compatible with the wrong product you sent me (crazy). It took several messages to makey your CS to understand that you guys sent a product that was different from the one advertised. Once they realized the error they told me they couldn't provide the right product but I could keep the wrong one (cheap and useless for me). So, not absolutely terrible but not satisfied at all.

Pathetic experience.
The keyboard does not work, and whatgeek customer service is so poor, they keep asking to upload videos, I did once, and they want more videos.
They are not able to fix the problem, its been weeks.
I will stay away from this company.

Received my Keycaps - the boxes were a bit smushed but I guess that's to be expected since the package had to travel from China. Aside from that everything came with no problem
