WhatGeek has incredible things lined up for people filled with fantastic creativity. All the gadgets on our website will have unique designs, colours and features, allowing people to create something of their own. Our team is working hard to offer items in various categories besides customizable keyboards, mice and other accessories.
The company enjoys a generally positive reputation, with customers frequently praising the high quality of products, extensive selection, and competitive pricing. Many reviews highlight satisfaction with the performance and aesthetics of items, particularly keyboards and gaming consoles. However, concerns arise regarding shipping delays, particularly for international orders, and occasional issues with product instructions and support. While customers appreciate prompt service in some cases, others have experienced frustration with communication and order tracking. Overall, the company demonstrates a commitment to customer satisfaction, though improvements in shipping transparency and support resources could enhance the experience further.

Upon purchasing my keyboard, I didn't receive a confirmation email. My order hasn't shipped, or if it has I haven't been emailed. So I have no way of reaching out to find out more info. Will not use this site again.
Good overall experience!
Note that this is my first impressions on the mouse, so I don't know how it works in the long term, but it seems to be very high quality, which makes me think that will last a long time (and I hope it does because it's an amazing product).
The mouse is amazing! I really love the retro look it has. It's very comfortable, customizable, and works smoothly too. Also, one of the reasons I bought it, besides the whole look, it's because it has a visor showing the battery level, DPI, and which channel it's connected. AND it has an internal built in battery, so I don't need to buy batteries when this one runs out, I can just charge it.
I'd say is one of the best budget mice in the market.
Pretend to be a UK company, they aren't. They are 100% based in China. Not a single real review on their products (seriously, read them it's pathetic how little effort they have went to in creating all their fake reviews)
Ok checked again and it has been dispatched and on the move. Still did not get notified via email as they said, but it's on the move so I'm back to give another chance & stars, as the customer service was quick.
Well-packed, as advertised. Easy to order. Good selection.

I bought the JamesDonkey RS2 which arrived to Australia in 8 days. Really speedy service, good prices, very well packaged. Overall a great experience. Will buy from you again!

Prices are fair, shipping cost and time was great. My keyboard arrived in the correct amount of pieces.

The customer service ignores your requests, lies with the shipping data. You pay a shipping service to receive the package in 3-5 business days and it takes more than 2 weeks to arrive, customer service lied about the shipping data.
Good and nice product.
Site indicated shipment will be dispatch within 7 days, my order is over 10 days and no email received for any update. If shipment will be delay, should have at least send a notification to customer.
I placed an order for 3 items and was happy to be able to find all the pieces I need for my build in one place rather than ordering from several sites. Everything was in stock when I ordered but I got an email several days later that one of the items was no longer in stock. After asking for a refund for the item and several days of needless back and forth over the amount to be refunded (I used a coupon code) they said my order "would ship soon". 4 days later and my order still hasn't shipped. Hopefully the products will be worth the trouble when they actually arrive but I doubt I'll be ordering again when there are so many other places to get these items for similar prices closer to home.
Todo bien gracias quede satisfecho muy buen sonido son buenos sus productos
Ordered on a Friday, received in two weeks. Shipped from China, but shipping information was updated almost daily. Received in a decent box, no scuffs or damage of any kind. Didn't need to contact customer service, payment was easy and overall a great experience.
Ordered an AJazz keyboard while on sale. The item was shipped on time but while on route it was held in one of the shipping areas here. I didn't bother to follow up on it. WhatGeek customer service actually contacted me about the item and asked if I received it. They shipped a replacement keyboard since I never received what I ordered. Thanks for checking up on your customers.
I ordered two keyboards eight days ago and they still haven't shipped. Does it usually take this long?
I ordered the Lofree 1% 'Misty' 65% keyboard during WHATGEEK's back to school promotional sale, and with an added 12% discount code I got from a friend it took my purchase to about 30% off its original price. It was originally out of stock but I e-mailed customer service with an inquiry and they promptly responded to me about a business day an e-mail, given our 12 hr time zone difference. Echo was able to restock the Misty keyboard for me and after placing the order with the link he provided to me, it took about 5 business days to process and then it was delivered to me the following week. So August 4th to August 17th was my purchase to delivery dates, I am incredibly happy with my entire experience, and the product is exactly how I expected it to be plus it sounds and looks amazing to me a starter mechanical keyboard for my new hobby. Thank you!
I was very excited to try out this new keyboard and layout. First impressions are great so far. I was very impatient but honestly the shipping was fast for being all the way from China. Package was in good condition.
My purchase stated online that it would be delivered by August 11. I never received it on the 11th, and sent many emails trying to determine whether it would at least be received by my son's birthday. It wasn't received on his birthday either, so I requested a cancellation. After my cancellation request, they shipped it out anyway. I paid $170 for this product and they are telling me that they cannot cancel it, but they would give me a five dollar refund. This is insane. So sad for my son on his birthday.
I ordered a Machenike G5 Pro, i am from Germany and didn't have to pay for shipping.
The Controller is really good and has most of the features, that 90% of gamers could ask for. The one thing i did not like, was the Backbuttons. They are a bit too hard to press.
I had an issue/request with my controller and the WHATGEEK support was interested in helping in any way, that i'm satisfied.
You'll get a good product, for the price that is asked.
Why are you asking me to rate your company and product when I haven't even recieved a tracking number? Am I being scammed? I ordered 11 days ago, customer service told me 7 days was the timeframe for anything other than ready to ship items. What is going on?
Answer: Had the best price anywhere on what I was looking for!
Answer: It's a legit but sketchy company. Be careful but don't necessarily avoid.
