I placed an order and paid for expedited shipping; the cost of which was actually more than the order itself. I did not hear anything about my purchase for 5 days. After sending an email, I didn't receive a response until 3 days later. Despite asking for the order to be cancelled at that point, my order was shipped out anyways. Thus, this order took 3 weeks total to fulfill.

Bought the LEOBOG Hi75 Wired Aluminum DIY Kit from WhatGeek. Product was a preorder and arrived as described. Reached out to company by email to inquiry about arrival time and they replied within 24 hours. Tracking order was given when shipped out. First time interacting with this company. Met my expectations.
They sent the wrong keyboard so i reached out and never heard back. So there goes my money i guess, have received zero customer service
It's been seven days since I ordered the keyboard and whatgeek still haven't shipped it. Now they sent me a "rate your experience" email.
I looked up whatgeek reviews online after ordering and now I'm scared that I won't get the keyboard at all.
Currently typing this review on it. Came in 8 days to Northern California. Great sound out of the box. Stabs could use a little tuning but for being completely from the factory, pretty amazing sound and feel.
Software is easy to customize and does have English translation.

First mechanical keyboard with alice layout. Takes some getting used to but it's nice so far. Beginners beware: this doesn't come with a lot of documentation.
Order said it was ready after 2 days, but 5 days later, it hasn't updated or shipped. Mildly annoyed, but not a horrible experience.
After months using Cloudnine Ergofs I needed a different keyboard and exactly what I was after! Definitely recommend
