Excellent service and perfect repair work. I've used them for years now, and I would recommend their service.
Wrote a memo to the repair requesting a new battery and add the links into the band that I sent. Came back as a 400.00 charge. Will never use this contact mpany again
I paid for a full overhaul of a watch. The watch is now running slow after the overhaul.
I had a movado go in for a cracked crystal and a battery replacement. Movado crystals are very durable. This one took a beating while wearing it in a prior job but finally developed a small crack after years of use. I'm in a different, much less physical, position now. My watch sat on a shelf for a couple years of non use but still kept perfect time. I decided to find someone that could replace the crystal and decided to have the battery replaced as well. Understandably, the watch was out for sometime. It finally arrived. I started wearing it and bumped it on day two. Sure enough, it was scratched. It's obvious they don't use the same oem crystal movado uses. The crystal is a couple hairs above the bezel which was not the case with the original. The original crystal sat flush with the bezel. Finally, this watch has stopped running three times since I got it back. Less than a month. The repair was a little over a couple hundred dollars so I didn't get reamed there. They also cleaned it and replaced the crown and stem. All in all, I'm happy to have the watch back so I'm not complaining. Just giving honest feedback.
Watch Repair USA did what they said they would do, and that was repair my old Zenith pocket watch, and they did a very nice job!
Thank you very much for the kind words, while we repair many pocket watches, not as many Zenith Pocket watches are around as some other brands like Waltham, Elgin and Hamilton. It is a beautiful timepiece.
Very efficient. Repairs done as promised and found parts for an older watch that others could not repair.
Thank you for the nice review. It was a pleasure to repair your Yema timepiece.
I received the watch very clean and was very happy to get it back. A few hours later, I clumsily dropped the watch onto a carpeted floor: a distance of about two feet. The second hand popped off the center post. I took it elsewhere for repair. It was discovered that the dial had been glued to the movement and several of the screws in the movement had been scratched. It is possible that Watch Repairs did not cause the damage done inside the watch case but I will not be using that company for any further service I may require. I will file it under lessons learned.
Dealing with this company was a A+++++ experience! I had an original Gucci watch from 1980 that no one could repair. It had more sentimental value than anything. I found this company and sure enough they repaired it! Customer Service is the absolute best!
We are very happy we could fix the band on your Gucci bracelet. Thank you for choosing us and look forward to working with you again in the future.
Very pleased with the service and quality of the repair. The watch runs like new and keeps perfect time.
We are very happy that your repair was completed in time for her birthday. We hope she enjoys it for years to come.
I feel like a fool for trusting my keepsake Breitling, my late son's watch, to your business. I had to send it back once already, after you initially kept it for 3 months and charged me $1600. I had it 2 days and it had the same problem in that it just stopped running.
Now after a couple of weeks, the same problem occurred last night. Ironically, or perhaps a pure stoke of luck, this comments questionaire is emailed to me before I can call your company.
I will request my money back so I can take it elsewhere.
Had to replace a battery on a Georg Jensen watch. Communication from time of sending watch to Watch Repair through receiving repaired watch was excellent. Watch repair pricing was reasonable. Cost of shipping watch to me was high
Thank you Randi,
Glad we were able to get your watch in for service and back to you quickly. Thank you again for choosing Watch Repairs USA.
The watch was repaired in a timely fashion. It was returned looking like a new watch. It was for my wife, who really enjoyed having the watch back. Thank you
John, Thank you for your kind review. We hope your wifes enjoys her Watch for years to come. If you have any questions please let us know.

If it were possible to give zero stars I would.
The company generated a shipping label so I could send my watch to them to replace the battery. UPS lost the watch and told me the company has to initiate a complaint. I made multiple phone calls to the company to get the complaint number, and they never responded. Then the company sent me a check for $100 and a letter indicating that the missing watch was not their fault. The amount of the check doesn't even come close to the amount needed to replace the watch.
Watch Repairs USA told me that UPS told them my "broken" watch is only worth $100. First, I have scoured eBay and other sites and cannot find a replacement watch. Second, obviously Watch Repair USA doesn't understand how insurance works - it should reimburse me for the replacement cost, not the actual cash value of the watch. Third, my "broken" watch would not be broken if WRU had simply replaced the battery and returned it to me.
Totally unprofessional and a scam. I'll see you in small claims court, Watch Repair USA.
Sent watch to honor a warranty for second time after they charge me $600 to fix it and they keep it for almost three months to adjust the watch. Also, I sent a watch, and they want to charge me $300 for a wrist band that I found it on Amazon way to cheap, I requested to return my watch and took them 15 days to return after several calls. DO NOT USE THIS Watch repair Company.
I sent my 50 yrs old Gruen watch for repair and restore in May 2022. They charged me close to 600 dollars. Months went by but no update. Finally, in December 2022, they said that watch is fixed and has been shipped. I waited a week but no watch arrived. Called back, I was told that, there is something wrong with the watch and they will repair it for free and update me soon. 4 months went by but no update, I called numerous times and got same answer, "technician is working on it, I will email him and get back to you". Got the watch back in Feb 2023. Noticed two things wrong: 1: second hand would skip and stop, and leather band they put was for a child, its very tight on my wrist. I called them back and they asked me to resend them. They will fix the watch but would not replace the band unless I pay another 45 dollars. I send the watch, came back after 2 months, still same issue with second hand. They asked me to resend them, now they told me its all good and second hand supposed to move like that, LOL. So I'm out of 585 dollars and I have to pay someone else to fix the movement. And replace the bend. NEVER EVER do a business with them. Nazir, Jacksonville, FL 08/01/2023
Hi Nazir. We apologize that you were dissatisfied with your experience. Unfortunately, bands cannot be returned. All bands that we send are regular size, unless specified otherwise. Further, your second hand ticks rather than glides. There is no issue with the movement. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer service representatives.
I sent in my tag to have it rebuilt cost nearly 800 it did not even make the warranty I wore it two times and it stopped working sent it back and they said it needed a battery then when they got it they sent me another invoice which I refused to pay six months later I finally got my watch back not working but from what I read I am lucky to even get it back they claim they had sent it UPS and it was returned I was not even in town when they claimed I refuse shipmentThis company is the worst do not send your watch in you will lose it or it will cost you a fortune for some moron to work on it by the way my watch still doesn't workI can't believe this company can still do business why aren't they shut down?
Hi Michael. We apologize that you were dissatisfied with your experience. Unfortunately, your watch was outside of our warranty period, since it was over two years since your initial repair. Therefore, it did not qualify for a warranty repair. We would have been happy to hold your watch if you let us know that you were out of town and unavailable to receive the shipment at that time. Regardless, we still shipped your watch back complimentary, so you were not charged for an additional shipment. If you have any other concerns, please contact our customer service at any time.
SCAM COMPANY THAT STEALS WATCHES. You will never see your watch again. The company purports to repair watches but steals the watch once it is received via UPS; tells the customer the watch was stolen during UPS shipment, sends fake photos of damaged shipping boxes, and then tells the customer to file a claim on the customer's homeowners insurance. The company has run this interstate fraud for years. Many have complained about the thefts.
I sent a dress watch to them for a battery. They sent me an estimate for $200 which I approved. When I received the watch back, the face (roman numerals) was installed incorrectly. Shocking. When I called they said it was from shipping damage. They suck.
Worst experience
I had a watch from my deceased dad about 15 years ago by Paneri watch as a gift of my birthday last year on January 2022 I send a watch for replace battery and service they send me estimate for $1200 for service and change the battery and I paid 1052 and I send my watch with FedEx Signature required to them it's been over a year I still don't have my watch they lost my watch and they said they shipped it and they did not insure my watch and they're claiming the watch was lost and UPS paid them $100 and my contract and the estimate they indicate the watch is going to be signature required and $5000 insurance which they did not include the insurance I keep calling maybe over 100 times called email nobody respond. They totally ignored me they frustrated me and they emotionally stress me so much, finally I had to file a small claim court And claim my watch and the owner for $14,000 watch which is same watch right now is over 8500 they offer me $3000 if you have something valuable or sentimental, do never do not send it to them because you never get your watch back and if they lose it, they will not take responsibility. Just ignore you. This company are very Irresponsible and have the worst Customer Service and they don't care about your personal sentimental value. Anything I research in Google and I saw over hundreds of the same situation and complaints Just like me. So be aware and be smart and don't ever trust them.
I sent my Movado watch to get repaired, they repaired the watch and mailed it back with the wrong City and State on it so it was lost in the mail. After spending almost $300 dollars in repairs, I lost the money and the watch. There was no support from this company and they were absolutely no help.
Answer: They are a real company, just a horrible and unethical one
Answer: Watch Repairs USA is responsible to actually repair the watch and send it back. As of today Watch Repair USA has my money AND my Watch. It was sent on February 27,2020. Today is August 3rd 2020. I filled everything out correctly and got the first e-mail saying my watch and order was received. The 'STATUS'has remained unchanged for 4+ months as çheck back or we will send you an e-mail for the update. SO far NOTHING and no reply from the company to my e-mail inquiries. SO can't blame the customer for this. Sounds like THEFT to me!
Thank you for the time you took to complete a review for us. Was a pleasure to repair your Bering Watch. We look forward to working with you again in the future.
