The watch was returned with a non-working/dead battery.
To be honest to you the repair man did a very good job but only one thing that is why I gave 3 stars because it takes too long to get my watch back. Furthermore, it looks like you don't trust your customer for the payment. You have to wait until the check was clear before fixing the watch. That is why it take so long to get my watch back.
While the repair was not inexpensive. They were able to repair the watch when my jewelers watch repair company couldn't. The watch was repaired within estimated budget and in the time frame they estimated as well.

The service was not as fast as expected. They just cleaned and replaced the battery. They could not add wrist links and time bezel. Not really Tag authorized repair shop

Replacing the battery seemed to take longer than previous. Also, the hands on the watch seemed to be more difficult to read. I believe this is a function of the watch's age and is in no way related to the battery installation. My guess is that some coating on the hands has deteriorated. If I'm correct, it would have been nice if your firm suggested some cure for this problem.

If you would like to have the hands replaced in the future we would be glad to do that, but that would typically not be something we would just recommend when the hands were in good physical shape.

Watch runs for awhile then stops. I sent you a email with what the problem was. The negative prong is bent causing a bad connection. I am on vacation and will send watch back for repair. Not happy that watch was not fixed in.
I have a collection of Movado watches that I will never ever, never ever, ever have serviced through your company. That's it, that's all.

My watch has been to your shop 3 or 4 times in past 3 or 4 years and sometimes with the same problem!
Repairs and cleaning were excellent...there was a long wait period (over a month)which I assume was the mfg. Fault in getting part to Watch Repairs.

Answer: They are a real company, just a horrible and unethical one
Answer: Watch Repairs USA is responsible to actually repair the watch and send it back. As of today Watch Repair USA has my money AND my Watch. It was sent on February 27,2020. Today is August 3rd 2020. I filled everything out correctly and got the first e-mail saying my watch and order was received. The 'STATUS'has remained unchanged for 4+ months as çheck back or we will send you an e-mail for the update. SO far NOTHING and no reply from the company to my e-mail inquiries. SO can't blame the customer for this. Sounds like THEFT to me!
