I just received my waist trainer and
I put it on right away.
It feels so comfortable. You hardly dont feel your wearing one and it shapes my waist in an very nice small waist without leaving a feeling of not being able to breathe right... I cant say much more right now because I only tried it once but I will let you know. Im really so happy I bought it - thank you again.

I give three stars this time, the first time I ordered from them it took forever to get, did the online chat the lady was horrible! Get it in and I loved it, it's starting to show wire but that's because I wear mine to sleep. Ordered another one week and a half ago and it has already came in, same size as last... I guess I'm probably the only semi-happy customer...
I bought the camila tummy body shaper in black. I received it in the mail about 4 days later. I have bought other types of body shaper type garments before so I know you have to really wrestle to get into them. I can honestly say that after two wearings, I really like it. It is firm control enough that I know its doing its job but not uncomfortable that I cant wear it all day at work. I like that it doubles as a waist trainer because I have been working on my waist lately. I will definitely get another one from this site. I
I didn't bother returning it, I just kept mine. But I ordered it and I had it within one week. But if in one on. Here would like to sell a 1x or 2x ill be more than happy to buy it. But it as to be new and never woren ill buy it for half the price. *******@yahoo.com
Cheapest fabric ever, not firm on the body,
Leaves body even more loose and shapeless. More of a night wear than a body shaper. Poor customer service... I sent email so many times and sometimes didn't get a reply, plus delivery took over 2 months. I also paid almost £31 duty to DHL on delivery ( I live in UK). Very disappointed, can never recommend to anyone. Please don't be deceived by their SALE strategy.
I cannot recommend doing business with this company. I purchased one shaper and was offered the second one free. My purchase was just shy of $90 and they took the money immediately. This was over five weeks ago. I have sent emails and used their online chat but keep getting told that they will ship it the following week. I finally gave up and asked for my order to be cancelled and funds returned. They have blatantly refused stating that there are not refunds on sales. Well, I told them, the sale is not complete as I still don't have a product. They just keep sending me the same script. I now have to work with my bank to reverse the transaction. This has been a terrible experience.
Placed an order a month ago still have not received it. No one answers the customer service line. The chat online continues to send me the same message saying sorry for the delay. Will never order from here again! Im out of $80.
Going on 4 weeks now of placing order. Customer service says sorry, but will give no ETA. I asked for a refund and they say, "all sales are final." How is it final if it hasn't even shipped? I guess I'll have to go through the hassle of a dispute. I will never order from them again!
From their size charts I was between sizes so ordered two - both were too small. I sent them back within two weeks - they will not refund. I have challenged their 'no returns policy' that is really unclear when you purchase but very clear when they reply to your emails! Stay well away
You will need their help when you are filing a claim against this fraudulent company. I paid for rush shipping and it's very clear now that my body slimmer is not going to arrive on time. I need them to cancel the order because I expected it to arrive by a certain date, and they offered no solution - instead they stated that there were no returns and it could be weeks before the purchase arrives. NEVER buy from these types of companies without Paypal. I am in a claim now.
These items are made for American girl dolls. There was no way I was going to get any use out of them. And you can't return it, only exchange but for basically the same item. I feel like an idio for not reading any reviews beforehand.
Horrible customer service! No explanation just apologetic over and over and the same story about the delay. Offered another color and a size up. I didn't want either. They stated no refund after confirmation email. I said well that was back in Dec last year and I have yet to receive what I ordered and it's almost March 2019. I should be able to get a refund. Nope only offered to get another product. I'm so upset that I wasted my money. Then I raised my voice on the phone with them, the call was ended, then got on chat and the lady said used profanity. Negative! Don't buy from them. I'm still waiting!

I purchased a waist shaper from this horrible company on 9-20-19 and have received nothing. I've called every day for the last two weeks and no one ever answers. I've sent three emails and they send the same generic email back stating that they are behind schedule. I was supposed to receive my order no later than 7-10 business days. I would NEVER recommend this horrible company EVER! Give me my money back!
I can't even comment on the product because I never received it. I ordered over a month ago and paid for express shipping. I've contacted the company several times with an automated response, we are experiencing delays with our shipment. I requested my money back and was told all sales are final. I would give zero starts if I could, I lost over $100 on this order.

They would not cancel my order even though it was prior to processing. I paid for 7-10 day shipping and it's been almost a month and I still haven't received anything.
I got an item that was not at all what it's claimed to be on their website, but you can not return for any reason unless it is specifically a waist trainer. Even if it's not tried on. So they show the items as something they are not and you get stuck with it.
I wish I had read the reviews before buying from Waistshaperz! I have waited over a month and my purchase has STILL not been shipped out. No email explaining that there was a delay (until I emailed them about it) which was sketchy to me! When I asked them about it they offered a pink vest which was nice but, if nothing is getting shipped out then why would I want a vest if it's not going to leave their warehouse for another month? I just had to laugh. Hopefully it'll be here before Christmas!
I ordered a waist trainer from this company about 4 years ago and received good customer service and prompt response time regarding my exchange process, but in January of 2023, I returned a waist trainer to exchange for a larger size using the exchange address on the form, and the item was forwarded back to me because the address on the form is incorrect! I'm not even sure why they would not have the correct address on the exchange form that they want us to mail back with the garment. However, I tried again to return the item on 02/14, this time using the address shown on the website contact page, and the tracking number for that item showed that the waist trainer was delivered to the company, yet I have not received an update regarding shipment for the new exchange item, and I have emailed them several times. This is very frustrating, because there is no other way to try to speak to someone or contact them, as they have no phone number. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend buying anything from this company at all. I do not know what happened the last 4 years since the last time I purchased from this company, but I will never purchase again.
I ordered almost 5 months ago. I got 2 of my trainers within the week. After 3 emails and a call that customer service was rude as hell, and hung up on me when I request my money back. I got one more. And I'm still missing one! They are a business of hell. Never will I ever purchase anything and anyone that ask I'll make sure I always tell them never to purchase from this company
