Had to call my bank to dispute the charges from waistshaperz! After fighting with waistshaperz about getting a refund because it's been over a month and they still have not shipped anything to me. Tired of calling them they take over an hour to answer the phones!
I ordered an item that was $106, and have yet to receive it. I had been ordering for from them for about 2 years and yeah, they're shipping was very slow but the products were always great. Since my last order, I have emailed them several times, called the "Customer Service" number (not in service), & messaged them through Instagram, and haven't heard ANYTHING. They even blocked me on Instagram.! LOL What kind of a company are they? Be careful when ordering, they are good products but there's a chance you'll never receive your order.!
I can't believe this company is still in business with so many similar complaints. I too ordered in October 2019 and still have not received the items, I also have been getting the same automated email responses. I would like to find out about getting a lawsuit going, so this company can get shut down!
First these guys are not true to size and their return/exchange is a joke they would not take back or exchange for a different size. They just told me I needed to order a new one. That was half of my order the other half I still haven't received and it's been over a year. The quality of the product is cheap and not worth the money and that's even if you get your product.
I purchased 2 items supposed to get 3 free in the beginning of December supposed to came way b4 Christmas it never came. They phone number they have on file is a fake, they emailed me back once stating no refunds for them not sending u your items so they are stealing our money and keeping the items as well that's fraud! Every should file a bbb until a lawyer gets ahold of this company and set up a class action suit against them for us to get our money back!
Zero rating. ONLY SELECTED ONE SO I COULD SUBMIT THIS. This company along with taking your money will not provide any solutions. They do not have the product in stock. I've been waiting for my items since APRIL and no resolution has been provided. I have been back and forth with customer service and received the same templates repeatedly. One rep tried to offer me other items instead of the ones I ordered but did not follow up. Another rep proceeded to tell me their shipments are lost but would not assist me further. This company is a fraudulent company. They will take your money. They will not assist you. There are better companies out there and this is not even in that spectrum.
I received an item that was too small of a size for me, I asked for an exchange, they were very rude to me, hang up the phone on me, and they said: "you lost the money". Did not give me money back. I also paid 30$ for shipping. After they received the returned item, they did not refund or exchange my product. Lost 138$ from this company.
I don't recommend anyone to buy this, I found another alternative, Angel Curves is the best!
What you need to know.
You have 14 days to cancel from purchase date. Email them.
Phone you bank immediately. Under trading law the bank can stop it and refund you.
Get a delivery date on purchase.
Note after 15 days lapse in delivery refuse the delivery and order money back though the bank.
They are not above trading law and if you try to cancel they may say its already dispatched, do not believe this at face value. There emails a worthless are not correct, but good for they to stale you from action. Get the tracking number.
Yes there sizing is far from accurate and they go out of there way not to refund you or cancel.
Do not buy form this company and if its dispatcher return it don't sign for it the chances are its delivered outside the 15 days delivery time.
This company is a scam! My corset broke right out of the package before I wore it. It was a very delicate, poorly made item. There was nothing between the legs that allows you to go to the bathroom like he said on the website. The company did nothing to refund or evenly exchange the item. Customer service was very rude and unwilling to help.

I had the same experience with them. No product after exchanging for size way to small from their size chart and even went up a size. I have sent several emails and and nothing. I put a complaint on their Facebook site that I ordered from. It was immediately removed and now I am blocked. Way to silence the unhappy customers and make it look like they are a good business. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and still nothing. It is a scam don't waste your money.
Horrible company. I have been waiting for two months for a product. They keep telling me that they are having shipping problems, i asked for my money back, they said"no returns"... well they never shipped anything so its a question of cancelling the order. They won't do that either. Never get anything from this crappy company.
First of all bought my item on more the 23 days ago and still haven't received my items, secondly I requested a refund but they send me a link on their policy, ridicules " final sale" because of sanitation purpose! I haven't even got them!. Worst customer service! I regret 100% buying this " product" nothing but bad bad bad reviews!
I wrote a review 2 days ago and I just got an email from PayPal and they refunded my money! Yay! Lol if any of you girls ordered with PayPal you can get your money back! Just tell them they're a scam website and that they never sent you your stuff and stole your money and you want it back! I have a picture here of a chat I sent them calling them thieves and they disconnected me out of their chat lol so glad I got my money back!
I ordered May 14th and I have still not received my products. As everyone in the reviews they always tell me something is wrong with their shipment. I sent a message on Instagram asking why They delete people's comments and ignore messages and they blocked me. The chat girl sonia on their website is absolute no help. They get mad and stop chatting with you when you tell them that they're a fraud and you want your money back. I just put in a dispute with PayPal hopefully I can get my money back. Idk how this fraud company is still open.
I have order placed on May 3 and I have been waiting over 3 weeks which all ready includes the 7-10 business for my order and I have not received it. There is no tracking information nothing giving an update with this order. This is a horrible experience Save your time and money

I placed an order over 3 weeks ago. When I call they give me a day it should ship out. When I see you hat I still havent received a tracking info I call again and its another excuse and another date. That date has also passed. At this point I just want my money back. Wish I read reviews b4 purchasing. Never would I order from this site again. Theyre HORRIBLE
Today I contacted customer service (online help) because there was an issue with my delivery. Earlier today the tracking showed it was out for delivery here in Chicago where I live then a couple hours after that it showed "picked up in Hicksville, NY". Their online customer service person said I should call USPS, there was nothing else they could do. I told them since they shipped, THEY should track it down. The agent said "that is your job." Unbelievable. I'll never order from them again.
Absolutely horrible. I ordered from this company over 2weeks ago and I never received a tracing number. Only a receipt taking my money. So I contacted them and they still havent replied back to me. So on their public promotion I made a bad review and they blocked me within 2 minutes of leaving the review. Instead of trying to help me solve the issue, they block you so you can't tell people its a scam! BEWARE!

Its crazy how people can think that robbing is a way of life. I ordered 150$ of merch over 6 months ago. I have totally given up but I want the people who are behind this company PUNISHED. I hope they know Karma is a $#*!. Sad like the people who birthed them. I hope they saved the money they stole from us because their life is going to turn to sh**! Scam. Scam. Scam. Purchased products three months ago. Still have not received any. I have had many attempts at contacting the company, and all they can say is:
'We sincerely apologize for this delay with your order. Unfortunately we are currently experiencing delays with our shipment and orders are being delays. Once we have receive shipment your order will be ship priority. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have cause, our management team is working on getting this resolve as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.'
I have filed a complaint with the BBB. And will be contacting my bank to get my money back.
