Their clothing is beautiful quality, however they are slightly small - for example I'm between a 10-12 on the bottom and a size 12 skirt is quite tight. Also I'm always a 10 on top and the size 10 top is on the tight side too. If you're between sizes or you want something a little looser, definitely order up. Beautiful clothing though, and now that I know this I'll be purchasing again although a size up.
I bought quite a few pairs of socks from Verge Girl and they are as pretty in person as they are in the pictures! I love them so much! They're so soft and super pretty! I ordered them on Friday and they got here the following Monday!

I got a pair of pants from them for $80 and they pilled within one wear. The fabric is cheap and the clothing feels like it will fall apart in one wear. Everything is made in China and the brand is completely unsustainable. They are also like an overpriced forever 21 in that they steal designs from small brands and dupe them making them cheap and low quality
Always seems to have a great variety of updated stock. Love the new realises each week. The customer service has always been quick when required and the returns process (brought the wrong size) was very quick and easy.

I have ordered from this website twice. Both times they quality was extremely thin and cheap looking. The clothing is not as good as it looks on the website and the prices do not match up with the quality of the items. Highly recommend going though a different website
I ordered the Current Desires Mini Dress and I absolutely love it! It fits true to size and I love how the sleeves give it a vintage vibe yet the bottom is cute and flirty. I cant wait to wear it out. I was very happy with the express post coming on time as well. I will definitely be ordering from verge girl again.
I live in the UK so it took a month for my order to arrive due to COVID. When it did arrive the dress I ordered was such poor quality. I paid £50 for a dress that could be about £10 on Aliexpress. This item feels cheap it's so see through for a black dress. I'm so annoyed I paid this amount of money for Primark quality. Please be cautious when purchasing items from here, they are so overpriced. Extremely disappointed.

Verge girl has yet to disappoint me and would be surprised if I saw a bad review. It's hands down one of the best if not the BEST online store I've been on, the speedy delivery and always updated fashion trends. Always has good sales and all items and wrapt and sent with love.
Everything is so cute and the shipping was really fast, even with the post delays. One of the only Aus websites that has clothes that are actually fun to wear. The returns process is also really simple.
I shop on verge girl all the time!, I've seen a few bad reviews but ultimately, my products are always great and in good quality, the selection is super unique and fun and my parcels are always delivered within time!
I bought a halter top that appeared to be super silky for $36.90 expecting to get my money's worth. When I received the product, it was this super cheap looking scrap of fabric that was very poorly constructed. The $67 dress I bought was constructed better, but the fabric was way too cheap to have the price be up to $67. Shipping was also an insane price at $22 for only two items. Overall I wouldn't recommend this site and would never shop here again.

Let's be real, VG has the cutest fashion and actually does have nice quality. But the most stars I could give to this store would be 2, simply for the fact that these clothes will not fit you unless you have a [really] skinny flat chested body type. For reference, I have always been a size medium if not than small (size 4-6), and I ordered 9 things all size large or the largest size available because I knew it would run small. But I didn't know it ran THAT small- these clothes will NOT fit you if you are curvy. So just another company supporting the anorexic model aesthetic.

I ordered a dress off Verge Girl that, to my delight, was in great condition. The dress fitted me well and was delivered to my door within 2 days! I was amazed by the efficient service from this site and would highly recommend to it to everyone.
I ordered a lot of clothes from Verge Girl, however, as they were being shipped from Australia the customs charge was £50. This is obviously not their fault, but I couldn't pay that amount to just collect the clothes so I asked for it to be returned to sender. Now Verge Girl will not offer me a refund at all because I used return to sender! The parcel was way over £100 and they refuse to give me a refund even though they have the clothes back. It is a complete joke, customer services keep apologising but won't offer me a refund at all. So so disappointing and upsetting!

These fees are different to the shipping costs and are decided by your country when your order arrives into customs and are based on the value of the goods.

I'm very sorry, but we are usually unable to offer a gift voucher at all for a parcel that has been returned back to us due to import duties being refused, however in this instance we checked this with our manager and our manager agreed to offer a voucher which you can use on a future purchase. Generally we do request that customers cover the cost of return shipping so we can send the parcel back to you,
However have instead issued a credit for the order amount.

I've ordered a few items from verge girl. Loved each and everyone of them. Recently, I purchased the Paradise Club Denim shorts && let me tell ya, I am in love. Fit so nicely and the yellow is the coolest color! Lookin good and feelin great in those babies. Highly recommend!
I am not sure what to do at this point, because my dad bought me some Verge Girl items in the first week of December and we have still not received them. Customer service just told him that packages are delayed and he should have read that on the website. I totally understand that we are in a pandemic and items can be delayed, but being over a month late is not okay. Other companies face the same challenges, yet I still receive their items on time. When I track the items it just says I will receive them on December 10th, but it is now January 18th. I would really like my money back and some help from the customer service department.
