Used to love it

I'm usually a size 14/16 in most stores so right off the bat its very disheartening to see that a 14 is the biggest size on this website, not to mention to half of the clothes only go up to size 12. I recently bought pants from verge girl from the sale section of the website and took them home to realise they didn't fit. Looked on their website and they accept no returns from sale items? How am I supposed to buy and keep an item of clothing if I don't even know if it fits. Ridiculous policy. Asked for at least store credit and they refused. I now am left with these pants that I can't wear at all because they don't fit me, I am trying to sell it online with no luck and no hope that I will ever get my money back in some way. Makes me not trust the company, they're putting greed and business growth as a priority over customer satisfaction and ease of shopping.

Once the order was placed, took 4 days to get processed and shipped and now it is held at customs since April 16 - it is May 1st. When I ordered from another Australian company (cendres) thy use dhl express and it was delivered on time. This is ridiculous service on Verge girls part. They should consider changing the company they ship with for international customers. Now they have reps anonymously swearing at customers who are upset cause they will probably never receive they're order and will not get their money back.

Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 there are significant delays with shipments due to border closures, government restrictions and airline cancellations. We are in frequent contact with Australia Post and they have advised that unfortunately the challenges presented by the pandemic mean there are delays as they adopt additional safety measures to protect delivery drivers and customers. Other factors contributing to delays include fewer flights, international delays and increased volumes as more people start shopping online.

Please note that as standard shipping parcels are sent on commercial aircraft, there are delays of a few weeks depending on your country's restrictions as there are very few international commercial aircraft operating at this time. You can keep an eye on your parcel using your tracking number that was sent to you when the parcel was dispatched. Low quality fabric.

Low quality fabric. They said they will give you 10 dollars off when you sign up/for first time purchase but their code doesn't even work. Apparently, they "forgot" to mention that "Thank you for your reply. I'm really sorry lovely, but the code is not valid on sale items and is valid on full priced items when the order total is a minimum of $100 AUD." This is according to someone named Kelsey, a customer service manager at Verge girl. It would more transparent if they mentioned it from the very first moment when they ask people to sign up.

Awful.

This has to be the worst clothes website ever. Never have I received any decent clothes from it the material is as cheap as it gets and the sizes are impossible to know which results in the shipping fee to return. Customer service is like a robotic message saying the same thing over and over even tho it's a human. Shows no compassion to your feedback and concern. Utterly disgraceful.

Sale section used to be up to 70% off. (Everything was basically 70% off). Now they reduced it to 40% off. And the sale section prices are what verge girl should have their normal prices at anyways. Way too expensive. If I want to buy two shirts, I shouldn't have to fork over 100 dollars. I've been a loyal customer for years and spent so much money at verge girl. And they seriously get rid of their sale too? My friends and I are done shopping here unless there are some changes

I purchased their romantic lace boob tube tube top and wore it for my 21st birthday. It's uber cute, very chic, and I love it! My complaints are 1) I'm not sure if the quality ENTIRELY pairs with price. Nothing about the make stood out to me and verge girl is definitely on the pricier side. The only other call out I have is 2) it took FOREVER to arrive. I originally ordered it for a trip in late October and I ordered it at least a month and a half ahead of time but it still was not here til almost middle of November. I know coming from AU to the US as well as COVID are probably huge factors, but a pricier brand should expedite shipping always. Clothing is super cute! Definitely recommend to a friend if they have the budget!

I ordered a t-shirt from VergeGirl and went based on the sizes on the website. The t-shirt looked awesome and the quality is really good, but the sizing was a little weird. It was a really short t-shirt with short sleeves made out of the material that some leggings and sports soccer jerseys are made out of. I wish it had just been regular t-shirt material, but I'll be keeping it in the hopes that the fitted look works out because it's an amazing shirt!

Thin dresses

So trendy

Verge Girl is such a cool place to shop. All the pieces are so 'instagram ready' and trendy.
A lot of their items are out of stock in the smaller sizes which makes it hard for me to purchase things at times, but the clothes are really pretty and shipping is quick (around 4/5 days). I like that refunds are available, as many online shops only offer store credit on returns. I look forward to my next VG purchase!

Worst Online Shop Ever

The most horrible girls I have ever dealt with- on a number of occasions have extremely bad attitude and I would be embarrassed to speak to anyone the way they do let alone customers. Also very cheap quality clothing- princess polly usually has the same items for a much cheaper price. I shop online over 3 times a week and this is by far the worst experiences I have ever had.

Verge girl has so many new and on trend items to choose from that cover a whole heap of different styles and occasions. Their service is fast (I received my parcel within a couple of days) and the clothes fit according to their size guide and are good quality, looking exactly like the modelled photo. Very happy with this store and will definitely shop with verge girl again!

Shipping sucks

I paid $20 $#*!ing dollars for 1 to 3 day shipping... guess what. My package didn't come anywhere near 3 days. Still haven't received my package and after contacting them through the website, I got no response. But hey they seem to respond to comments on here since they are public! Maybe I can get a response to this! When they receive a private message, verge girl doesn't bother to reply. I hope the clothes are at least decent quality... if I ever get them

We do state on our website that our office and warehouse are closed on weekends and that all orders are dispatched on business days within 24-48 hours from the order date. As your order was placed on Friday afternoon our time, it was express shipped within this time frame on Monday and will arrive within 1-3 business days with DHL express.

RIP OFF!

I returned almost $800 worth of merchandise in perfect condition from the U.S. it cost me almost $100 to return it. Because it apparently arrived a couple days past their cut off, they are refusing to refund my money. The merchandise I did keep is cute, but it fell apart within one or two washes. Their return policy and customer service is terrible- they DO NOT CARE about their customers.

Regret buying

Where to even begin... first this dress arrived completely wrinkled and not even folded. Second the quality was horrible, cheap and not at all like the picture. And finally this dress was so short not even a 12 year old could wear it. I am not an excessively tall person (5'5) but I couldn't bend over without my whole butt showing. To send back this dress would cost half the price. I will be selling it online and hope that no one will buy from this company.

I have never had better customer service from a company in my life. I accidentally ordered 2 of the same shirts. Verge girl emailed me right away to make sure that if what I did was correct. And when I told them that I did it on accident, they automatically said they would cancel the transaction and immediately give me in store credit for it!
