I was about to order White Round Wall Clock L, but the reviews are not suggesting good about the shipping, actually almost all reviews are bad.

WHAT do you say?

I spent £50 on a zip-up hoodie for myself on viralstyle. I waited a month for the bloody thing to arrive and it came, obscenely too large and with the faded, horrid quality print on the front. It's one of those cheap designs that flake after one or two washes and, by the looks of things, it's already started to do so during postage. I can't believe I've been scammed so badly, there's no doubt they made a £45 profit from my stupid $#*!, I shouldn't have allowed myself to be suckered into it by the advertised image.

Ordered a clock for my husband. It's now over a month and they haven't even shipped it yet. They wouldn't even provide a shipping number until I got PayPal involved. When I did that they gave me a shipping number... however it was just a shipping label that was created and it's been a week and they still haven't shipped anything. PayPal has decided in my favour in this case and I'm going to get my money back. Do not buy from this company... you'll be sorry if you do.

It took a month for them to put my clock in the mail. When I finally received it, I had to try assembling it myself. However, the pieces do not fit and the clock hands are bent all to hell.

Their customer service is horrible. They responded to ONE of three emails. They didn't address my concerns or answer my questions.

When you try talking to them on their Facebook page, they delete it.

They are horrible!

I wouldn't even bother wasting your money. I honestly believe this "company" is a scam. I ordered a t-shirt off this website about a month ago, I was told I would have the shirt in time for Christmas, well it is now the 23rd of December, and guess who doesn't have their shirt? Thats right me! The shirt is a present for a good friend of mine and my partners, so we are quite disappointed because we know he would of loved it.

ALL I CAN SAY IS VIRALSTYLE IS A BIG FAT WASTE OF TIME! TOTALLY REGRET EVER PLACING AN ORDER WITH THEM & WILL BE WARNING OUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO AVOID THAT WEBSITE.

ANYWAY, HAVE A MERRY CHRISTMAS YALL!

I have the same problem as Emily T. I bought a shirt as a Christmas present for my Granddaughter. They kept assuring me I would have it in time. Well, guess what? I received shipping notification on the 22nd with a tracking number. The tracking is still showing that a shipping label has been created, but has never made it to the USPS. What a SCAM! I have filed a claim with Paypal to get my money back and I will DEFINITELY make sure none of my family or friends buys from them.

I understand that they have to wait for the campaign to end but it is almost a month since the campaign ended and I still do not have my order. They generously credited me the $8.45 shipping charge on an almost $80.00 order. They say it has shipped and provide a tracking number that tells you that the Postal Service has been notified of a shipment but has yet to receive that shipment to send out. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I have ordered shirts from other site that have to wait for the campaign to end before printing and shipping and it took less than 2 weeks to get my order. This company takes your money with in moments of you placing your order and it takes an eternity to get your order if you ever do! BEWARE!

I bought a shirt that was under " A nurse and a veteran" campaign. The shirt had no pink on it when i looked at the picture. I liked the shirt so i bought it. I revived the shirt and it had pink coloring on it... i called and they said that the shirt i ordered had no pink on it and that they would send me another one free of charge. 2 weeks later i revived the exact same shirt. I called back and explained what happened and they said that it was another mistake and that the shirt should not have been printed the same. Also that it was made at another facility and this time they would make it at their home facility and check it before it left. Now i get that mistakes happen multiple times, but its the customer service that helps you no matter what is what makes this business better than most. Now if the third time reviving the shirt is correct would be great. (i also ordered a different shirt and that one was fine, but it didn't have varying colors.)

I was told that the item I ordered would be shipped within 21 days of the campaign ENDING, that was 34 days ago! At about day 25 when I had not received notice of the item shipping I enquired about it, I was told it was a very popular item and they had some backlog, but that it should ship soon. On day 30 I sent a follow up and have heard nothing, previous inquiries where answered in 24 hours.

I ordered an Outlander mug, "I'll have a scotch on the rocks", etc. printed on it. They immediately took my money and four weeks later I'm waiting and wondering about my order as I have not received it---apparently this is true for several Outlander fans who ordered the mug. This item was expensive. In these days of Amazon where delivery is prompt, companies like Viral Style cannot afford to operate so inefficiently. Now they're marketing a T-shirt similar to the mug. I will not purchase anything from this company again. Buyer beware.

My husband ordered a t-shirt for me, and two for himself, with a specific logo relating to his business. I know he paid over $20.00 for each t-shirt. Believe me, you can find better quality in Wal-Mart.
The sizing/cut of the shirt is horrible also. For the man's t-shirt (obviously same style/sizing for both men and women), the neck hole is too small, the armholes are so deep and the quality of the fabric just screams "Made in any third world country with the cheapest fabric possible".
For a t-shirt costing over $20.00, these are NOT worth it! Don't waste your money!
