Never buy from this company. I returned a Tshirt over a month ago and never got my refund back. They don't stand behind their refund policy! I will never buy anything from this company again!
This is the worst scam website I have ever encountered. Ordered and paid in full 2 t shirts, then 5 hours later they send me a cancellation notice that, because they didn't sell enough shirts, they are not making them. Then they tie up my 65 bucks, that they were only too happy to accept for 8-10 business days. So I may or may not see my refund in 2-3 weeks.
Don't give them a dime of business. Kick them off of Facebook, as they pop up every time I log in. Total bull$#*! and a big waste if time
My artwork is being sold on Viralstyle WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.
I have sent numerous DMCA Takedown notices to their 'legal' email address. One response from them asks me to prove ownership - which I already had in the DMCA takedown notice.
I know a lot of other artists have had their stolen artwork sold on Viralstyle.
Probably because they held a summit in Vietnam where a LOT of the offending thieves reside. Art theft is rife on Viralstyle - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
When Viralstyle responded to my message via Facebook Messenger they messed up and sent me a large chunk of their internal Skype communications. 'Preston' at Viralstyle admitted to this mistake.
Included in the message were customer's details - which is a BREACH OF DATA PROTECTION LAWS.
They also said things like "Delete this she keeps going on and on like we care", and in reference to a review on Trust Pilot "here is another hate page lols some guy just sent it to me (https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/viralstyle.com) better not show tom or we will have to fill it with fake comments"
Thomas Bell is the founder of Viralstyle. I'm sure he'll be interested to see this. Sounds like they've left FAKE COMMENTS on their reviews before.

WHAT A JOKE! You order, pay for shipping and yet when it comes time to deliver my clock they apparently did not pay enough shipping as USPS will not deliver unless I leave $6.39 - SCREW THAT! I am refusing the shipment and want a FULL REFUND! BOGUS, BOGUS, BOGUS!
This company advertised extensively on facebook around Christmas and never delivered the goods. Dodging my questions now.
Ordered a music themed wall clock. $33 plus $5 shipping. Took 7 weeks to arrive. It's a flat piece of round aluminum with printed graphics which is chipped around the edge. Comes with cheap clock mechanism. To to top it off, it comes unassembled. About $5 worth of components. Don't buy from these guys unless you're ok paying WAY too much for CHEAP CRAP!
I paid $40 for a clock that is worth about $15. There's no place to leave a review of the product. I went back to look up the description of the product and it's not listed anymore so I can't tell if I was misled or I just ordered impulsively.
I placed an order but then had a question about "end of campaign"... Danielle answered my email in a timely manner with the information I requested and I now look forward to the delivery...
I received my order of a Indian pendant which I had purchased for a friends birthday as she loves anything American Indian. I wish I had read the reviews before placing this order as it is nothing but cheap junk with a dull picture stuck onto the face of a cheap looking round backing plate. The advertised pendant looked beautiful and vibrant and well made but this is rubbish. I could never give this as a gift. Never again will I place an order with this company. So disappointed

Servic e is terrible. If and when I receive the clocks. If and when I receive it, It will probably look like something I could have made myself.
Buyer beware! They promise guaranteed delivery for holiday orders they never make it on time. Once received it's complete garbage you would find at the dollar store
I have used this website to order shirts and they are great. Anytime I have an issue I have called the customer service line and always have my issues worked out. They are a great company and I love the idea behind what they do.
I'm not a huge seller, about 2000 items so far, but I've never had a problem in quality or shipping and have never fielded a complaint.

The picture shows an Owl necklace in a woven Indian style, what you get is a cheap medallion with a stuck on photo of the Owl design, this is overseas fraud, paid 500% more than this rubbish is worth.
I ordered the necklace with the music clef that says "Imagine all the people living in peace..." it's so cheap looking. Not at all how it was advertised and pictured. The writing is so small, you need a magnifying glass to read it. The center piece of the necklace is just glued to the charm base. Looks like something you'd get in one of those funhouse arcades... the one with the crane you operate for a stuffed animal. It was supposed to be a gift but I'd be embarrassed to give this to anyone. Also... it took a very long time to get it. I'm trying to figure out how to return it but it came with no paperwork whatsoever.
I called them before I ordered to see if they we're legit and was suprised to get quick and nice customer service. My order actually came a day early than their service I used to track my order said it would. And I was so worried it would be one of those graphic tees that wouldn't last one time in the washer or dryer. But its not a chep ironed on shirt. I LOVE my save a pitubll muzzle a politician shirt :)
