Do not buy from these lying thieves under any circumstance!
I tried to buy a shirt and was redirected to PayPal for payment, after payment I was sent back to them but their website crashed before I got an order confirmation.
I re-ordered the shirt, made a PayPal payment and received an order confirmation, they also sent me an offer to buy and additional shirt at a reduced cost. I bought that shirt also and received payment confirmation and an order confirmation.
When I tried to get my money back for the original order that never went through these lying crooks told PayPal that they only received payment for the 2 shirts they sent. I appealed and showed PayPal the 3 payment confirmations through them and the 2 order confirmations from Viralstyle.
The thieves that Viralstyle are told PayPal again that I only paid them for 2 shirts. I find it hard to believe that PayPal doesn't simply check their records of my payments instead of believing these lying crooks... I guess they make more money off of VIRUS STYLE!

I WILL NEVER purchase anything from this company and WILL NEVER refer them. I ordered a Fiance dog tag for $34.95 on 10/20/17 which was taken out of my account immediately. It is now 11/13/17 and when I went to check the status of my order all it shows it that the order has been placed. What a scam. Of course I have emailed several times, and get a response from Bryan, it's probably a robot. PLEASE do not order anything from this company. They are not even worth 1 star. I just received an email from *******@viralstyle stating that they have refunded me my $. But they are only refunding me $4.95 of the $34.90 that I paid. When I went on the website my order hasn't even been printed. How can they take my $ if they haven't even fulfilled their obligation. This company is the biggest scam. Stay clear of them. I am filing a complaint against this company.

I had ordered a t-shirt that was listed as gold, but the picture that was modeled on their website was a definite yellow. When the shirt arrived, the design was fine, but the shirt was a definite orange. I didn't really "demand" my money back, but contacted them so that they could avert the problem with other customers (though I must confess, I was kinda hoping they might offer me a more standard color, like grey or something). Their responses were very robotic and not customer-friendly at all -- when you consider the massive amount of times I have received a compromise with other websites. I didn't even get as much as an apology for the misunderstanding. A very badly-run company, from a customer-satisfaction standpoint (Headquartered in Florida? Probably only interested in their profit).

DO NOT BUY from this thieving company! I have had numerous art stolen from my web page and you can still see parts of my watermark on the image which has been manipulated and is still being sold WITHOUT MY CONSENT. They steal art from other artists too and pass it off as their own. They scrap out my copyright logo and signature and make it their own. The quality would be poor as they do not have a HD image but they still sell it to unsuspecting customers all pixelated. They ignore numerous DMCA take down notices and emails I have sent and just really don't care if it affects your small business or not. They are very good at just keep sending out the same universal reply email asking for details to be send to *******@viralstyle which I have sent them 100 times already which is just a huge waste of time and that's probably the reply I will get on here from them. This just keeps going on in a loop all the while the campaign stays online and keeps renewing itself every 7 days. Greedy, low life thieves. That's the sort of company that this is. Save your money and don't fund this illegal practice that this company does.

I fell for the same Stargate Bait&Switch - on both clock & 1st necklace. The cool clock (or necklace) you see in the picture and order is not what you get. Plus, the clock was pulled for "Copyright Infringement". Here's a link to their latest Stargate scam:

Nice looking pic, right? Look at the item description (that's how they scammed me [et al] on the clock & 1st necklace) - "WHITE Circle Necklace M". What part of that necklace is white?

That's what happened with the clock & - before I received the clock - 1st necklace. Bait & Switch!

I'm still waiting to hear from them; since that hasn't happened, I'm following thru with my threat to BASH them online every opportunity I get.

I bought a Meowth Patronus mug from this company before I knew they had stolen the design from the artist. They said my order was shipped but it actually wasn't, tracking showed just a label creation. I waited 30 days - still no mug. I had to get Paypal involved and, on the very last day before Paypal was to decide in my favor, they finally shipped the mug. No issues with the actual product aside from the design is a little closer to the handle than I would have liked but after 45 days and having to involve Paypal just to get this company to actually ship my purchase, I wouldn't order from them again.

Horrible customer service, no reply to emails, plus they steal designs.

The shirt I ordered arrived this morning and I was ecstatic as I had waited for 3 weeks. However, this happiness was short-lived when I tried on the shirt. The material was cheap, but I could look past that, no what truly disappointed me was the horrendous graphic. It was a Filthy Frank "it's time to stop" shirt, and the graphic on the shirt was crude, almost painted on! Terrible quality, terrible service, I repeat, DO NOT BUY!
