Tried to cancel immediately when I saw what they were really about, but they already had my money. Tried emailing customer service, that was a joke. Then tried calling and leaving a message. Another joke. Had to go to my bank to stop the monthly payments. The 97.00 I mistakenly pushed, they seem to be keeping. Fraud and thievery BBB should be ashamed of themselves for even rating this group above a scam.
I ordered $80.00 worth of items from this company. Two weeks later after not receiving I called the company. They stated the Post Office could not deliver to a UPS Facility Post Office Box in Alexandria VA. My complaint the company stated 1-7 days delivery. Its two weeks later no delivery or any form of notification. No tracking number or anything. I know this company tries to serve the Veterans needs. But I am canceling my order and I will never purchase ANYTHING from this company again. Absolute terrible customer service.

With there latest email promotion: Caveman survival guide "100% FREE" is honestly $4.95 and the book is all about Doomsday Prepping. This website is no help to tracking down long lost service members unless you pay a steep membership fee. How it got A+ rating with BBB with 6 neg. And 2 pos. Reviews, is beyond me.
I never received my money back, after reading these reviews I am very ready to contact the national Veterans VFW, to inform the members regarding these folks. I asked for refund to my original lifetime membership, because of the incorrect information, charging my credit card for the wrong membership. They sent me a membership with the wrong name and because of that mistake, I believe these folks are not able to provide the service of finding vet friends. I have supporting mail with the inaccurate name to my address if need for proof of a scam. I will provide if required as proof.

One star is one star too many for this scam group. I just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about this business. Shame on them for scamming veterans this way. I paid my money, and have not gotten what I was promised. My emails go un-addressed and there is no one to actually talk to when you call. They don't seem, however, to have a problem sending emails about things that they are sellingThis is a warning to all to avoid this business like the plague. I want my money back - in a check form - that I can take to the bank and deposit. Period.

I ordered thru paypal, I use paypal for security and shipping for almost everything.
Did not get the order, called ( hold forever), emailed and messaged thru paypal, response was, I was the problem, I was told I did not email anything ( 11 emails), I have them all. I will be attacked again for this I am sure, (Keesha is never wrong) I believe they are using the free search to build a customer list and they could care less about vets or customer service. Paypal saved *******@ss.

The emails we sent are not displayed in this screenshot. My first email asked for more information and it asked how can I help. I was never given any information on the order or how I can help. If you are ordering online with a company you are not familiar with it is best not to assume you know how the company works or that your communications were actually directed to the correct place. The first emails this customer sent were not to VetFriends. The emails were sent to PayPal. Once an open line of communication is established, yes, voice your concerns, but also give the representative an opportunity to correct the situation.
If you want to support China through the name "VetFriends.com" you are at the right site. Bought 4 flags 2 POWS 2 American and "ALL" made in CHINA. I am so glad as a 100% disabled vet my fight was for China, I thought it was for the US of A. I will have to see if my disability compensation starts coming from China. Never again will I deal with this cheap outfit marketing under Veterans coat tails.
Robert, I'm sorry you are so angry. We are a Veteran Owned Small Business in our 18th year of promoting our servicemen and women. We have several products 100% made in the USA and do much of the sublimation in house as well. Show me a handful of stores that are 100% American made and can compete with the big box stores. We volunteer at our local VA, support RED Friday and take care of our employees, some of which are military as well. Thank you for your service during the war.
I have bought a couple of caps and some other merchandise. The orders were delivered in a short time and am satisfied with all. I have been wearing one of the caps for over a year and it still in great shape. Will probably orer in the future.

Signed up for a FREE membership, entered my credit card number to get copy of DD214. Then was immediatlybilled. I called to cancel when billed. Nothinghappened billed every month for 8 months, finally had to have my credit card block the billing. There is no such thing as a FREE membership. They never answer the phone. Leaving a message doesn't work. You will always be billed. Beware this is a scam.
I can not get a response from VetFriends concerning the defective merchandise I received. I either want a refund or exchange, but get no response from customer service. Terrible customer service and I will not order anything again unless this issue is resolved ASAP.

I placed an oder for dog tags i received a pair but they weren't mine someone's else's they took the money and ran cause they never corrected the oder to this date no item WTF is wrong with these people
I placed an order online and paid the extra shipping charge for 2 day shipping. The item took 3 week days to ship out. By the time the item shipped it was already late. I emailed them before the package was delivered 7 days after i placed the order with 2 day shipping. The email i sent requested they refund the shipping and handling costs. I received an email today in response to my email. Well over a month later. Do not use them. From what the email says the give poor customer service to hundreds off customers and takes months to fix any issues as well as no way to speak to a human to fix anything. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH VETFREINDS.COM.

These dog tags are not authentic very small and poorly made very thin. I would not recommend them to anyone. Looks like they are some kind of toy
