Ordered dec 23 for a holiday on January 11. Won't be here by then and offered me a 15% discount. Sorry I don't want your 15% on shorts and a dress for the Canadian winter. Sat at Landmark shipping from dec 26- January 8 with no help from the company. Company website states 3-5 days once through customs and the tracking number states it'll be here jan17. Last time I order through this scam
Awful awful awful! I was just told I have to pay $6.95 to ship the item back that doesn't fit in order to get a refund since I want to exchange it for another size.
Going to continue shopping on Amazon and Nordstrom which offers free shipping AND free returns.
Venus needs to get their stuff together. They're losing out due to poor customer service when compared to other companies that offer stellar service.

I love the store and clothing, but if something doesn't fit I don't think you should be charged for return or exchange. It cost me a extra $14.00 on a outfit and the price went up too.

Bought several items from this company. Even had a credit card. They closed my account without cause. They stated didn't buy enough. Really! The company sucks big time. They lost a good customer. Will NEVER buy from them again. I get catalogs but toss them out in the garbage where they belong!

I made an order on Dec 7th and never received it. I have called Venus, done the online chat, emailed them and faxed them over this situation. I was guaranteed delivery many times by many different employees and here it is Dec. 27th and I still have no package. It does NO good to try and talk to these people, they have my money and I just keep getting the run around. Oh Venus its order number *******! Worst Customer Service Ever!

I ordered several shirts and most of them ran big. I think the sizing is a little off. I hope they make it easier to review items on their website so people know how it fits/looks, if it runs big or small etc. The item came 2 days after they predicted which is no big deal. My favorite sweater of them all had several holes in it so I had to return it, bummed. I contacted customer service through live chat and they were very helpful. Hopefully I am not charged the automatic $6.95 fee when you return items.

I ordered multiple items for my wife for Christmas with 2 day shipping on December 16, I recieved a notice that It was shipped on the 18th and the another saying they would not arrive til Dec 28th. No resolution with CS they blaimed UPS. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. I ordered over 5k worth of gifts that same day and recieved everyone of the except venus. $#*!

Ordered $662, pkg stolen off my porch. Sent video of theft and police report. Wrote five times called five times, promised replacement for the next day TWICE, never resent, refused to credit me although they are insured for the theft, now I wait 8 weeks for my $$ while AMEX fights it out with them.

I have a full closet of Venus clothing. I wear a piece@ least 4 days a week. I love it! But when an item doesn't fit right & they don't have my size, I feel robbed when they charge me $6.95 to return every time! What is the advantage of a Venus credit card anyway?! I'm done. I ordered 4 dresses to try for New Years Eve Party on the 8th of December. I waited a week and the order didn't ship. I called and found out they had confused my billing and shipping address and instead of letting me know just held the order. I communicated and fixed the address issue and was assured it was going out the next day. It didn't. I called again and they apologized saying their manager was express mailing and it would be here in 2 days. Still didn't happen. Now it says the order will arrive on the 29th or 30th. To late for my party. This companies customer service is below satisfactory. I am super disappointed and have a week to find a dress. :( I will order with a company who doesn't play games and can deliver what they say. This company is a big disappointment and cannot be trusted to deliver on time. Look somewhere else please.

Nothing ever fits me right when ordering online. But once in awhile something fabulous fits perfectly. Venus has some amazing beautiful items. However I was worried about their return policy if it didnt fit. I will continue ordering from them until i find that perfect fit. Because they made not only my ordering process seamless but my return was also just as easy. Thank you venus for great products and understanding that sometimes it just doesnt fit and allowing me to have that option so I can continue purchasing more.

If you dont mind spending $$ for clothes that should be given away then you will be a very happy customer. How does a company have an entire catalog of "nice looking" clothing only to ship out total crap. Orders 5 items and have to send every single item back. Thin cheap material. Out of shape. Noisy pants. Weird smells. Second time I've had to send entire order back. Now I know why I never shopped them again after the last order. Never again.

Ordered from catalogue with labels from Mississauga Ontario. Did not know it was an American company! Was not aware that my purchase would be in American dollars. Rec'd several promotion emails that same Black Friday week for my items offered at lower prices. My items were ordered in medium size, of which I am a perfect 8-10 and they were so large I could get 2 people inside. I was charged a duty extra price of $35. For a $74. Purchase. To return I must pay shipping. What? Worst online company ever!. Cdn buyer stay away. There are NO DEALS at that company.

I have had the Venus card for a year and they kept increasing the credit limit. I was using only 20% of the card, was paying more than the minimum and ALWAYS on time. I just noticed online that they lowered my credit limit to what my balance was making it look like I was at the max of my credit- this lowered my credit score by 12 poi. Nts. I immediately contacted customer service who was unapologetic, saying this is a standard procedure- they periodically do this with their cardholders. I will be cancelling the card immediately.

I would give them a zero. I thought I'd take a chance too and order from them. My package never arrived. I got an email later saying I returned it even though I didn't. They are going to refund me for the price that I bought the clothes for but are still charging me for shipping even though they themselves never shipped the package in the first place. So shady.

Answer: I've been buying from Venus FOR YEARS(!) so I was so surprised at all the bad reviews. Yes, occasionally I've been unhappy with a purchase BUT it's rare; and yes, there was a couple of items that I found "cheap-looking" (but I'm super-careful to read the material description prior to purchase - sometimes you can just tell). Their sizing surprises me though... I'm usually a large in regular & a XL in juniors BUT I always wear a Medium in Venus clothing (5'1", 115 lbs, 36D) - I'm thinking that they cater to the "busty"? (Or maybe the clothes ARE made in China?) Who knows... don't care... their clothes are different from anywhere else & I always get compliments - especially from my husband! However, after 15 + yrs as a customer, I must admit I was unaware they offered free returns (good to know :), but happy I've only returned 2 or 3 items & didn't have any issues - re-packed (w/in 30 days), dropped at PO & rec'd credit on my CC. My ONLY complaint with Venus is the prices; the trick is to wait for a sale (and PS, there prices change every 24-72 hours - NOT kidding!) Everyone has an opinion... if YOU like their clothes, give them a try & form your own - you may just be missing out on fashions that'll look great on you!

Answer: The quality of these closes are horrible! I bought a sweatshirt and the large pocket on the front was down on crooked and the seams on both sides were very uneven. The $70 boots I bought were awful. They both said 7 1/2 but 1 didn't fit at all and they both had holes in the shoes.
Answer: I am a perfect size 8 in say an Old Navy sweater which makes me a M. I am a M with Venus I feel their sizes are way closer to being realistic than say Victoria Secret. Apparently at Victoria Secrets no one has arms or hips. I'm 5'5,135 lbs, size 8 in normal close yet if I pay alot of money for say a dress that dress could be a 6, like at Nordstroms, Yet if I went into say Forever 21 just to get a shirt/sweater/dress chances are I would purchase a Large because they cater to teens.
