Always great quality. Sizing can be different, read the reviews before purchasing and make sure you look at the materials items are made of. If you do these things you will most likely enjoy your purchase. My only issue is the strick return policy & $6.95 return charge. When shopping online you can't try items on so there is always a chance you may have to return something. Some of my favorite companies offer free returns which allow for worry-free shopping.

I bought a pair of Venus Capri jeans. The whole waistline came Unattached. They would not do anything about it because it had been over 90 days and I had worn them. What a rip-off. Poor quality

Donot buy i bought dress for 30 and did fast shipping had an event. Needed i get it paid 22.95 and plus cost so it doesnt fit ask about return was told 6.95 will come out because its a privilege to give me something i paid also 22.50 will not get back privilege again. Im out of 30.00 never again

Make sure you read their return policy. If you use their shipping label to return an item it will cost you, (not a problem for me), but you may want to ask how much they charge in handling costs upfront if you decide to return an item. Most sites will tell you 10 or 15 percent handling (restocking) fee. This is not the case with this company. It just states $6.95 for shipping label and handling will be deducted from your refund. This is where it seems suspect. Helpful advice, ask about that handling fee before ordering.
Purchased a bathing suit which was on back order for about 5 months. Every time I checked it was back ordered to a further date and I was not ever notified. When I finally received it I had to pay another $30 for duties to Canada. Hated the bathing suit. Felt cheap and didn't fit as expected (or based on reviews). Returned it and have been going through quite the hassle to get duty money back. On top of that, Venus charged me shipping to return it even though I paid for it myself and I still have no received a reply where my shipping money refund is (months later still inquiring). Would never buy from them again.

I have been ordering from Venus for over a year and I have to say I'm much surprised as I wasn't sure what to expect. All of my purchases and returns have been processed accordingly with no issues. Deliveries are always as promised on time and sometimes sooner than expected. I'm surprised of the quality as well as its better than what I was assuming it would be. I have recommended it also and the few I know haven't had any issues. If I've had to call customer service is always pleasant which is why I express how surprised I am of others complaints. I hope they resolved your concerns since it doesn't bad reviews don't help. I know if I would have come across some of the negative reviews it would have discouraged me to proceed with a purchase.

I had to put my foot down on this one! I received a email about my refund and this additional charge 4.95 for "promotional shipping". I replied back to them and said I still would like the credit to my card. I told them I wasn't aware of this additional 4.95 for "promotional shipping" that they already got their 6.95 shipping charge out of my refund and that there might not be any additional shopping at Venus with the little 4.95 prom code they provided... to use later on a shipping order. (Like,... do you get my drift?) They was good to give me my credit back of 4.95 on my card but... why should anyone have to even ask?... I very rarely shop there because of their shipping rules.

While I adore the bathing suit that I purchased from the website, I do not appreciate the headaches that went into this order. I ordered these bathing suits online originally spending upwards of 100 dollars. Needless to say, for two complete bathing suit sets they are not cheap. I was fine with that because most of the time you pay for what you get. Further, approximately 3 business days or so later I received part of my shipment. No complaints there. But as time went on, I kept checking the status of my other package awaiting shipment. A week and half passed, so I called customer service. Not only did they not feel bad, they made me think it was THE CUSTOMERS fault. They informed me that the bathing suits I PAID for were no longer in stock, they're backordered. Like, ok that is fine but are you not going to tell me? I ordered those for a vacation I had that week upcoming. They totally screwed me. Not only did I get NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY from the customer service representative, but they didn't offer to ship me similar bathing suits expedited. When dealing with the customer service and accessing my account and order history, I realized the website it not user friendly. The order history lacks photo graphs so the lady on the phone was like "are you talking about piece order "insert random name" *******740" I had to manually type the numbers in to search for them on the Venus website. It could be so easy to just have the pictures next to what the customer ordered. I do not understand how this company has kept its customer with their lack of customer support.

I have to admit there have been complications with Venus in the past - in fact I stopped ordering from them because of it. Recently, I began buying from them (this summer), but am waiting for 4 orders - One is already lost in the mail! I talked with a supervisor this morning who told me she would call once she can track the item with Landmark... it's now the end of the day, doesn't look like it will be resolved soon. I will keep this site posted to let everyone know how they make good or if they lose what could be a terrific customer. (I love clothes and my husband likes what I have bought from Venus)... it's up to them at this point!

I ordered 2 dresses from Venus. One dress was way to big and the other dress was not the fabric that was described and instead looked like a prom dress. I returned both dresses within the return policy terms. My original order totaled $108.00. I expected no less that $101.00 to returned to my account, however, only $81.00 was returned. I have attempted to contact customer service but have received no response or explanation as to where the remainder of my refund is. This is absolutely unbelievable and I am beyond furious. I will never be ordering from this company again!

Venus charges return shipping fees 6.95 (which i was aware are of) but then out of nowhere took an additional 4.95 for "promotional shipping". I read the policy, it did not inform. Other online companies provide shipping for loyal customers in return for their business. KEEP UP VENUS! BEWARE SHOPPERS!

Venus is great they just have to work on their shipping. It takes weeks before you get your shipment. If your in a hurry to receive clothes you can forget it. I don't understand I order from London England and get my shipment in next couple of days. I am from Toronto and it takes 2 business days from london england and Venus shipping is a joke

To return stuff you pay to ship it back ummm OK and get hit with fees also I purchased a top and it has gaping holes in it... not wearable at all... and I am unable to upload picture

As with other previous reviews when you return an item your return is deducted $6.95 for the return label which I understand. However your refund is also deducted a $4.95 "Promotional Shipping Discount". This is the statement directly from them: When you placed your original order, you qualified for a shipping discount because your merchandise total was $75.00 or more. After processing this return, your merchandise total now falls below the promotional threshold for the discounted shipping resulting in a $4.95 shipping fee. The problem is my return was over $80 so it didn't "fall below" the $75.00. They give you an e-certificate to use but that is not helpful as I will not ever order from them again. BEWARE!

It's interesting how many bad reviews I've been so far, yet both times I've shopped on Venus, I had nothing but good service. The first time was great, my XS dress came in. Turned out to be a little big, but I am a thing gal, so that's normal, but nothing a little altering can't fix. The quality was great. My mother also loved her shirt I bought her. The second time, I ordered two dressed because I could not decide which one I wanted more. The package was shipped with UPS, but on a Thursday it was marked as delivered. It was supposed to be handed over to USPS, but for 5 days, I checked the USPS tracking number, but no updates were available. I was patient, but after the 5 days, I decided to rate the delivery as bad. I entered a review as to why I gave a bad delivery rating, and minutes after I received an email from Venus. They apologized and asked if I wanted to replace the items or a refund. I wanted the dresses so bad, so I decided to opt for a replacement. That same day, they reprocessed the order and it was delivered 3 days after. Such a great and smooth replacement order, and I appreciated the quick response. The size was perfect, nearly looks like a custom fit. Dress quality turned out amazing! Thank you Venus!

I have been shopping at Venus for a few years. I have probably ordered about eight times total. Besides the one time a rhinestone came off a pair of capri shorts which they sent me a new pair immediately, I have never had an issue with their bathing suits or clothes. I get a lot of compliments. I love Venus because their selection is different from local stores and the prices are fair.

Answer: I've been buying from Venus FOR YEARS(!) so I was so surprised at all the bad reviews. Yes, occasionally I've been unhappy with a purchase BUT it's rare; and yes, there was a couple of items that I found "cheap-looking" (but I'm super-careful to read the material description prior to purchase - sometimes you can just tell). Their sizing surprises me though... I'm usually a large in regular & a XL in juniors BUT I always wear a Medium in Venus clothing (5'1", 115 lbs, 36D) - I'm thinking that they cater to the "busty"? (Or maybe the clothes ARE made in China?) Who knows... don't care... their clothes are different from anywhere else & I always get compliments - especially from my husband! However, after 15 + yrs as a customer, I must admit I was unaware they offered free returns (good to know :), but happy I've only returned 2 or 3 items & didn't have any issues - re-packed (w/in 30 days), dropped at PO & rec'd credit on my CC. My ONLY complaint with Venus is the prices; the trick is to wait for a sale (and PS, there prices change every 24-72 hours - NOT kidding!) Everyone has an opinion... if YOU like their clothes, give them a try & form your own - you may just be missing out on fashions that'll look great on you!

Answer: The quality of these closes are horrible! I bought a sweatshirt and the large pocket on the front was down on crooked and the seams on both sides were very uneven. The $70 boots I bought were awful. They both said 7 1/2 but 1 didn't fit at all and they both had holes in the shoes.
Answer: I am a perfect size 8 in say an Old Navy sweater which makes me a M. I am a M with Venus I feel their sizes are way closer to being realistic than say Victoria Secret. Apparently at Victoria Secrets no one has arms or hips. I'm 5'5,135 lbs, size 8 in normal close yet if I pay alot of money for say a dress that dress could be a 6, like at Nordstroms, Yet if I went into say Forever 21 just to get a shirt/sweater/dress chances are I would purchase a Large because they cater to teens.
