This place actually has plus size sarees! Also shipping definitely didn't take too long and they communicated when things were shipped.
Always liked the product but recently there has been some unacceptable changes made to Saree blouse.

My fiance recieve the item and we fell in love with the suit but it was slightly too small. We sent it back for a bigger size and the seller was extremely helpful. Process was smooth.
Great item quality, same as pictured, not a dupe. Of the 4 items I ordered from various sites, this came quickest.
I had few expectations since I was buying a product from a site I used for the first time and from a foreign country. However, I was impressed by how quick they were at responding to my inquiries. The product was beyond my expectation and I can not wait to try it on my big DAY.
I am very happy with my order, it is beautiful both for color and material. The fit is 100% accurate with was a pleasant surprise. Ordering online was not very intuitive, while it asked about my size before submitting the transaction, I received two emails asking about my size. I was concerned there was information missing despite multiple communications. And the delivery time was not entirely clear which is understandable given it involved international transit.
Lastly a bit unprofessional to subscribe my email to newsletter without asking me and very difficult process to unsubscribe.
One of my necklace I ordered was not polished, I talked to them they gave half off discount. ButI am not satisfied, I want a good product not my money back.
Utsav fashion has the best most polite and courteous customer service of all the online Indian clothing websites. The Salwer Kameez I purchased is exactly as it is advertised. Very nice soft crepe material and beautiful print. My only concern is the Salwer online shows a style with handkerchief hem. They failed to create this style. The Salwer they sent me is a loose V shape palazzo pant. It is not a flattering look at all.
The saree looked so nice in the picture and I have been buying from its fashion since 10 yrs but the blouse, saree and petticoat doesn't match. The saree is not pink color at all.
I was happy with the communication and detail given to my order for 11 costumes for my group. The customer service representative was very attentive and detail oriented. They gave everything at a good price. Only issue is that the back-and-forth on email took several days because of time difference with the US and the time lag in checking on items.
Some times it is very difficult communication on line, some time you prefer speaking to live person. I place my order and I guess there were some do with the material, hoping to receive it soon,
Have ordered from other websites based in India before, and they handled the customs fees, so I never had to pay any additional charges. However, with this order, I had to pay both customs fees and FedEx Clearance Service Fees. Because of this, I don't think I will be ordering from Utsav again. Thank you.
The courier used by utsav Fedex is very bad,they make you pay extra charges,I ordered something from another company CBAZAAR I did not pay a dollar for clearance or anything Utsav stop using Fedex please. Also the product I got was not to my satisfaction and very shiny unlike from online picture.
The site was easy to navigate and the saree came as beautiful as it was shown on the website. Had many compliments which made me very happy with the purchase.
The saree was nice but it wasn't the color I chose the one I chose was out stock and the team at Utsav reached out and asked if they can change it to a similar style.
Experience was smooth sailing. Items took exactly 1 week to arrive from the date I ordered. Item is as described! Really awesome experience!
