I had a great shopping experience with Utsav Fashion. The website was easy to use, the lehenga looked just like the photos, and the quality was impressive. Delivery took some time, but it was worth the wait.
Came packaged with clear care instructions and the size fit me well even though i thought the chest would be too loose i followed their sized charts and was not disappointed.
I've been ordering from here for the past 3 years and have always received exactly what I had ordered. Their pieces are stunning and of good quality. Looking forward to shop again for festive, desi moments!
This was my first time buying Indian clothes for my best friend's wedding coming up. I was super nervous as I have never custom ordered anything and they did an amazing job putting it together. Absolutely will be buying more outfits again
I ordered the skirt for my daughter, the blouse fits perfectly, happy about that. But the quality of the material is not so great. Ok for a few uses I guess. Delivery was in 2 weeks, which is great too.

There must be oyher option than paypal for payments
The dress I ordered looks what i wanted to be and most guests at the event asked where it was ordered from. Several have now ordered similar dresses and got the delivery already.
Some items are really nice and look similar to the picture shown, however beware of color variations for certain clothing items. Overall would order again because prices are reasonable and delivery was smooth.
I purchased my first pre-stitched saree from Utsav, and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. The pallu length is significantly shorter than expected, which impacted the overall look. It appears that a large portion of the saree material was wasted due to the way the pleats were stitched after a double wrap, leaving very little fabric for the pallu. As someone who is 5'7", the saree did not sit well on me, and the proportions just didn't work. I had high hopes for this purchase, but it didn't meet my expectations
From the time the order was finalized, the process was smooth. The dress arrived in time and met my expectations. However, I faced one challenge. I found a lower price for the same item on a different site. Initial exchanges to match the price as per Utsav's website were painful. They made me take screenshots and had me submit a lot of info, only to find that they barely gave me any discount saying it wouldn't be viable. My suggestion is to remove such advertising from the website as it is misleading.
Order was delayed and no updates. Had to chat with customer support and they also did not have an update. It was 2 days later o get an email that order is still not shipped. Order that should jave beem shipped by 4th got shipped finally on 15th.
I did not have any problem with check-out system. However, I recommend that it should have option to pay by any credit card. Anyway, my overall experience is EXCELLENT. I'm a decade old customer of Utsav Fashion and I love it.
Please don't waste peoples time on these reviews. You can chose to have rating questions but having a 50 min character for descriptions is a lot to ask

This place actually has plus size sarees! Also shipping definitely didn't take too long and they communicated when things were shipped.
Always liked the product but recently there has been some unacceptable changes made to Saree blouse.
