Order wasn't 100% fulfilled, asked for a refund of unsent item, only received part refund, then ignored all emails about this issue. WWOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Seen this in there catalogue and it looked fantastic. Due to my size I ordered the xxl and when it arrived first impression was o. M. g. Perfect fit looks the bee's knees. This site is easy to use and navigate. Even I managed to get to the end without any hiccups lol. If I had a small criticism it would be the length of time it's taken to arrive but I think it might be ghat there's a rush on this particular shirt as you can expect.

All clothing was decent, just needs faster delivery, waiting a month or so to recieve, a little quicker wouldve been perfect, 2nd ive shopped here and no problems whatsoever

1st they sent me the wrong size they sent me a youth size 2nd off they offer an express service that does not exist I bought a 1 to 2 day express delivery and it took 3 weeks to 4 weeks for me to get my product

This Pele shirt fits my 10 year old well and I was particularly pleased with the resulting hilarity that ensued when we realised that he was walking around with BRA across his chest. Great value for money

They advertise a different product on the website and I received a cheap $5 dollar shirt that didn't even match and misspelled the team name but still doesn't allow returns and no refunds. I had to wait over a month even though I paid extra for shipping.

Cheap quality. Got a hockey jersey knockoff instead of a football jersey.
No number on back. Name wrong. Wrong size.

Do not buy from them!
Ordered a football t-shurt, arrived faulty. It has been nearly 2 months and I can not get neither refund nor exchange. Appalling customer service team. Responses are slow and 1 worded. So so disappointing. Never use them! Mind you it was a £90 T-shirt which now they claim they have not received back…..

I ordered a retro maradona shirt which is being sold as pre printed yet my tracking shows printing for past 2 weeks!
Immediate dispatch. Rubbish
Delivered UK warehouse... rubbish as on my order details I unknowingly paid for standard AIRMAIL.
Made a complaint through PayPal and also contacted trading standards this morning as I've had no luck with emails!

I purchased two children's football tops. Both looked great when they arrived but one couldn't be worn as the head hole was too small. The staff were very helpful and informative, returning one item was straight forward and I received the refund.

I order one real madrid home kit. My kit have good quality but they are lose long times with delivery, i pay for priority delivery and i receive after 1 week. For this point i'm dissapointed.

I wanted to buy my son the official PSG away top for his 14th birthday, but initially struggled to find a site that had it in his size and in stock. The fact I wanted to purchase it using laybuy seemed to be an issue as well, as not many retailers were willing to accept this method of payment. That's when I found this site Uksoccershop.com. Now I must admit the tops on there were kinda pricey as compared to other retailers. As I was looking to pay in 6 weekly instalments instead of all in one go, I was prepared to pay that little bit extra for the convenience. Undeterred I went ahead and placed the order on laybuy. It wasn't until the next day I started to come across ALOT of negative reviews about this site and became increasingly worried the more I read through. I convinced myself this purchase was going to be a disaster in the coming days. Turns out I couldn't have been more wrong though! Delivery was as quick as I think it could've been. I placed the order late on a Saturday night and it came Thursday morning. Not bad baring in mind this was a personalised top and had to have his name and number printed before being shipped. So I was pleased with that. The top was spot on and of good quality. Completely authentic. Which was something I was worried about after reading the reviews. Really good job on the printing to. I could tell they had taken good care with it. I now have one very happy teenager and couldn't be happier with the service I received. Overall uksoccershop.com surpassed all expectations I had and dismissed those early reservations. The only reason I have give a 4 star rating is because of the price. I would use again. Top job all around. Thank you! I must point out for others this is a genuine review I have no affiliation with the site whatsoever and I am only trying to give others a snap shot of my experience in order to make a more informed decision before using this service. Ordered Ukraine shirt and received with spelling Ukraina. Outright refusal to refund. Do not use this company.

With such an epic range it was almost an impossibility to come to a decision here. However the ease of browsing and of ordering - like taking Paypal - made the job a simple one. Order confirmation and delivery tracking kept everything in order. On arrival my choice of hoodie was as pictured and a good quality warm cotton material - no thin market stall stuff here. Recommended, thanks, Rob

Very piss poor delivery service, ordered 20/03/2022 still waiting 29/03/2022 this is with the next day delivery.
