Ordered a top for sons school Ukrainian day on a next day delivery and it still hasn't arrived, son went to school today very upset he wasn't able to support the course ( son is autistic) will not recommend this site, stay clear people you have been warned.

Good range of items, decent price, not over packaged. Delivery time Good. No real complaints, would use again.

But… when I contacted them they were really clear as to why things were taking a while – problems with delivery etc

Order of my shirt was rejected but nobody informed me. I waited and waited and it did not arrive.
Tried to phone the company and got "sorry this voice mailbox is full". Sent emails to the company about my order and NO REPLY.
How is this company run? No product - no explanation - no communication!
Do not use if you are expecting any level of customer service

This company is just a scam. They tell you that they can ship your item in 2 days. And they ask you to pay extra money. Therefore they just bring the t-shirt and I order it from United States. I received the shirt 3 weeks after my order when in fact I pay for a 2-day shipping. Then when you ask them, they told you that or you are the one at fault because they say that they print the T-shirt after it was ordered. Then when you talk about the two day shipping that we tell you know that we be shipping is from there storage after the printer t-shirt and send it to you. Your your speed 2 days deliver become 3 weeks after you order the t-shirt. And they always blame the client.

The product received appears to be of very good quality materials, the fit is as described, initial communication could perhaps have been better, however once I contacted them they explained when the item would be delivered & it arrived in the post without any issue, the question is would I use them again in the future... Tried to cancel order seconds after ordering because I realized I had ordered the wrong shirt I tried to correct my order but was unsuccessful the customer service was no help at all it has been over a month going on two months since I ordered the jersey their return policy is bogus no matter what you do they are not going to allow you to return it. In my opinion for those prices you should get better service and quicker shipping I will never order from them again and I encourage people to review this website and their policies more before ordering.

Was a good site to use. Cheaper then most places. Arrived within 4/5 days because of shirt printing, so quick and reliable service. Would recommend

Horrible customer service and the jerseys ripped before I even put them in the wash! Everyone is rude and will not be purchasing from them ever again! Do not recommend, have had issues with them since the day I placed my order!

15weeks I have been waiting on my item. Was suppose to be a Xmas present so they ruined that for me. As an apology all I got was we are sorry for the delay. I would advise people do not order from this shop. They said 3-5 weeks for delivery do not believe this for 1 second. 1 more thing av still not received my item. So thank you very much for this. If I do get it I still reckon a full refund is in order

Found this site randomly, was curious about ordering at first, but no need to worry, service FANTASTIC!

It's decent and the service seems quite nice. However one thing I want to add is that the website to be fair does look half an' all sketchy to me.

Great quality product, it took a long time for the product to arrive, however I understand with Christmas and Covid there are big supply chain issues globally at present. However when I emailed to ask for an update the customer service team was very efficient and helpful. Would purchase from here again.

My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because the colour shown online looks a darker shade of green than in reality, however, still worth buying and it looks great.

The website was easy to use, product looked good however after waiting weeks was told on small print delivery was 28 days, after buying, so missed Xmas present and dissapointed overall as wouldn't of purchased if I knew this, as advertised as 7 days?

They use the cheapest shipping method possible. Resulted in items arriving after 6 weeks of placing order.

The $220 jersey and shorts were packaged in the cheapest black plastic bag and to add some icing on the cake, they've sent the wrong size shorts and they refused to return or refund.

Cheap cheap service.

Oh, have to add the customisation his cheap quality and done badly. The large numbers are fine but the little letters are bad.

A good site, good product and would be happy to purchase again. Only given a four instead of five because I had some issues with the site's PayPal integration asking me to enter details twice.
