Apparently their "System" doesn't allow them to hold orders after they have already received payment, if they receive a need for verification. They AUTOMATICALLY cancel the order and your are just out of luck. Sorry. Zach in account verification was of no assistance and didn't seem that troubled with the fact that I was an unsatisfided customer. He response was "I guess we will just have to part ways with you as a customer". Real nice. I hope anyone that "tries" to get a good deal has better luck!
