This was my first experience doing business with this company but it was a very pleasant experience

I made a purchase on 2/10/2016 for two handbags which were absolutely gorgeous. One is excellent while the other had a malfunction of the strap twice. I returned the item for a replacement and the same thing happened with the replacement item. Although, I would love to have the handbag, I decided that twice was enough of the return, receive, break phase, so I opted for a refund.

I messed up my registration. Could not logged back on. I couldn't even give them the email I registered with. They found my order and added to my new correct registration. Customer Support was excellent!
