I didn't complete purchase

When I got to your sure your price was consistently higher than quotes in the trivago site I felt I could not trust your system when I've never experienced this type of pricing problem with trivia in the past. If I see that it is a price quoted by Travel up I do not go further and report to looking for something else. You are not trusted.

Terrible experience

I booked a hotel in Las Vegas and after 10 days and five phone calls. I found out that my booking did not go through and I had to book a similar hotel at twice the price. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

Reservation fulfillment went well

Reservation fulfillment went well. Nice, clean inn, but lukewarm water, non-functioning coffee maker and refrigerator. Room sliders improperly programmed and had to request new ones via crabby receptionist. Great breakfast, but inadequate seating and no bussing or cleaning of tables.

Well I made a mistake and I booked one bed instead of two and within 30 seconds I realized it and I'm still waiting to see if I can switch it and how much money it's going to cost. So until then I can't give you a good review. It was only a matter of minutes and I wanted to change it to to Queens instead of one king. So I'm willing to pay a little extra because they did have the same deal $3 more on the twins beds which I was willing to pay. But again I'm waiting to hear from you all see if I can get that done.

While we do our very best to make the booking process clear and straightforward, we’d like to kindly clarify that, before any reservation is finalised, our platform provides a full booking summary for review. This includes key details such as the hotel name, location, and pricing. We’re only able to proceed once we receive the customer’s confirmation and consent to finalize the booking.

Robbed me of cash

I got into difficulty when I was in dubai and had to return home early. I requested a change in my flight date. TravelUp charged me £318 to change my flight which was almost as much as I paid for the flight in the first place. When they sent me the invoice it stated £25.44 for flights and £292.56 for tax. If it only cost £25 for the change of flight how on earth is the tax £292? I feel like TravelUp have scammed me out of alot of money rather than help me in a time of need. I would not use TravelUp again and would not recommend anyone else does either.

I found TravelUp through a search in the TriVaGo app. The process seemed seamless. It was easy to book the room and I received a confirmation e-mail to provide me with the details. I haven't yet had my hotel stay, but, so far, so good.

First and last time using TravelUp

First and last time using TravelUp. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we needed to delay our trip by 2 days. I contacted TravelUp to see if I could modify the date of stay. Not cancel, just move to another day. They advised me to contact the hotel directly and ask them. The hotel not only did not honor a date change, by the time they responded to my request, the hotel was full. I booked this hotel for a reason, we had an overnight layover, and I wanted to be close for convenience. Now we have to stay off site, and am out the cost of the room I originally booked, as not refund is being granted. I am a frequent travel, and have never had such a disappointing experience with any other 3rd party app. I will not be using this website again.

Literally the absolute worst

Every single aspect of booking was awful, from miscommunication, double bookings with payments, all inclusive not being honored and then having to dispute charges because they couldn't get it together. Book directly through the hotel and not with them. You will have to use legal documentation protocol to protect yourself from every false promise. Even the Amstar pickup was a mess and I paid an additional $120 to take a taxi from airport. The worst! I'm warning others because NEVER again. I'm an avid traveler and can speak Spanish!
