I received several emails stating you wanted confirmation of payment from CC company. I have not received a response from anyone that the payment has been accepted.
Your phone waiting recording is a joke and repeats the same message over and over. The wait time on the recording say I have a 10-second wait for the last 30 minutes. Really poor service.

Well I made a mistake and I booked one bed instead of two and within 30 seconds I realized it and I'm still waiting to see if I can switch it and how much money it's going to cost. So until then I can't give you a good review. It was only a matter of minutes and I wanted to change it to to Queens instead of one king. So I'm willing to pay a little extra because they did have the same deal $3 more on the twins beds which I was willing to pay. But again I'm waiting to hear from you all see if I can get that done.

First and last time using TravelUp. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we needed to delay our trip by 2 days. I contacted TravelUp to see if I could modify the date of stay. Not cancel, just move to another day. They advised me to contact the hotel directly and ask them. The hotel not only did not honor a date change, by the time they responded to my request, the hotel was full. I booked this hotel for a reason, we had an overnight layover, and I wanted to be close for convenience. Now we have to stay off site, and am out the cost of the room I originally booked, as not refund is being granted. I am a frequent travel, and have never had such a disappointing experience with any other 3rd party app. I will not be using this website again.

Every single aspect of booking was awful, from miscommunication, double bookings with payments, all inclusive not being honored and then having to dispute charges because they couldn't get it together. Book directly through the hotel and not with them. You will have to use legal documentation protocol to protect yourself from every false promise. Even the Amstar pickup was a mess and I paid an additional $120 to take a taxi from airport. The worst! I'm warning others because NEVER again. I'm an avid traveler and can speak Spanish!

I was in a situation that my surgery was changed because of ice, snow and high winds were forecast the day that I was booked. I requested that my reservation changed to the next day before the changed surgery. There was no help from TravelUp and the hotel.
