I m travelling from danapur -secundrabad. A2,28. I have ordered non veg thali of amount with discount 181. When delivery boy delivered my order and I give 200 he told me that I have no change and return change after 5 min. After departure my train from Nagpur delivery boy not come. The food quality is so poor. This is a fake company. Don't order from travel Khana.
I order for dinner in Bangalore to give delivery in anantpura but guy bought the food and my bill was of 175 i gave him 200 and asked for change but he denied in that also i offered him 170 in that also he was not ready to take, he took the food back. And finally i was hungry for whole night. So travellers plz dont order from this all new fake or who doesn't give value to the customers. Plz plz don't order from tavelkhana.

It was afternoon and we have ordered a food but it was on delivered, my son was crying because of hunger and i have to wait for next station. Refund process was also very bad and long, we have to followup with them and after lots of mail and call conversation they refund me less money. Pls if you people are traveling and have kids with you do not relies on them.
Ordered food to be delivered at lucknow junction 1.5 hrs in advance by calling their helpline number, recieved the confirmation sms, was asked to keep the money ready. Did everything they asked. There waa no sign of the guy for the first 5 mins of the train's halt at lucknow. Subsequently called the helpline again, was assured that food will arrive and i was asked to stay at my seat, which i did. The train had a halt of 25 mins, and the guy didn't turnup. Really poor service travelkhana. Kind of lost my trust, never ordering with you.

I have booked my food for Surat station(*******) in Train *******-YPR BKN EXP, Seat B3-55 as name of Bharat Porwal hence when train reached surat that I called customercare representative 3 to 4 time but every time they misguide me like told that delivery already in train so he will deliver you at your seat so please dont go anywhere even after 45minute while I not found my ordered food, I called custorcare once this time they told there is no delivery point at surat hence By cheap service and misguide of customer care representative I not get any food and surviving for food and I now I am in condition the condition that even I cant purchase from station so herewith my request to all please dont order from such cheap service provider who didnt care there customer.

Our Railway minister Mr. Suresh Prabhu is trying to change the image and experience of railway journey for the public through easy access to services, but these type of websites and vendors are deteriorating the steps of the railway ministry.

They Confirmed Booking by sending SMS. And Bill also.and the delivery of foods was supposed at Malda station at 8:25 P.M.the train was staying at platform for more than 30 minutes. They assured me the people are serving the another compartment withen 5 minutes you will get your food. But they have not served the food. Ultimately I have to lay down by drinking water. The dinner was not served in my seat dispite of booking in advance order ID is ******* booked at 4:15 PM from Raiganj and it was expected to be delivered at Malda stn at 9 o clock.
It is just happened as I've tried using the meal discount coupon offered by you for the next booking which I got by an SMS.
It is simply pathetic service and in the mid of the night you are apologising and requesti me to arrange dinner in train.
Its simply disgusting that with such service level you have started an online service.
