Hi Guys, Order id: *******. I booked Veg Thali worth Rs 160/- which was supposed to be delivered at REWARI on ******* Train at 10 am IST today on 11-Oct-2017. The order was booked 2 days ahead. In morning, I talked to customer care and they confirmed that order would be delivered on time. Till last moment, its status remained "Cooking". The station passed but order is NOT delivered. I called at customer care. They had no answer but to say-"Sir, main samaj sakti huin aap ki pareshani. Aap ko hui asuwidha ke liye mafi chahti huin". So it is confirmed that it is a company run by CHEATERS. Their aim is to extract money via online payments and to make fool of passengers. DO NOT GET FOOLED by this company of LOOTERS.
I have ordered food from Ludhiana cant on 27th Sept. Delivered rotten Rajma, unboiled potatoes & half cooked chapatis. I have to take another food from train vendors which was far better. Better to take food in train rather than travelkhana. Wastage of money.
Ordered food 2 hours before and food not delivered. When called customer care they told order was not processed while i only got a call back from customer care for order confirmation. I must say government must take serious action against this vendor.
Had to take pantry food which saved us from sleeping hungry.
Ordered for food 2.5 hours prior to reaching the station where it was to be delivered. Trains halt at stations for very little time. Called the customer care thrice in the 5 min of halt and we get the standard response: "Abhi pahunch jaayega Sir. Thoda wait kijye." and they just cut the call while we are talking. WOW! Now that IS some customer "Care"!
On my last call I told the executive that the train is about to leave in a minute and he continues to tell me the same story again. Wonder what they expect... Was I expected to keep waiting forever even after the food was gone? You guys suck!
