Plz never book any meal thru travelkhana, they r just taking it order but never fullfil. I was just waiting dinner for old father n after lots of promises n endless phone call they didn't deliver dinner. U r just cheating n nothing else. I wanna give u minus rating but there are no option
As My elderly parents were travelling from Bangalore to Vijayawada in seshadri Express on 17th Jan 2018, and we opted for this travelkhana for food delivery in Nellore(Or ID *******), later it got cancelled again when contacted they told that they will give in Gudur Junction (order updated with the id -*******). The train left Gudur Junction, but no food. When contacted the customer care. I was told that they will raise the complaint and ensure that my money will be returned. Who the hell will take care of the missed food.
Stupid service... If you are opting for kids and elder people, please go prepared. Don't rely on this Waste service...
