Ordered food for a group of 20 people who had been traveling for 24 hours. They sent me a confirmation msg that the food will be delivered at the said station but the people never turned up we had to sleep hungry that night. They did not even have the courtesy to let us know that the delivery won't be possible. I was promised a refund within 5 working days but I have not received any refund till date. Please don't order from here. They are only here for the money. If u need proof please see the attached file

I ordered the food for special meal of Rs. 188 and rs 19 for 1 extra roti at cooch behar station in which I have to get paneer subji one seasonal veg, dal, three route, rice and a sweet with one extra roti which I ordered. When I recvd food at cooch behar, boy was in very hurry he said every thing is in box I paid him Rs 220 including taxes. When I opened the box I found one dal, one seasonal veg, three roti and rice. No extra roti, no paneer sabji, no sweet was there, and the taste of food was worst. They taken extra money but not delevered the same which they promise to give. I was travelling in ******* on 9th of May 2018. I refused the food on offer from the Pantry people relying completely on these guys for breakfast as well as Lunch. I remained hungry right from morning till evening courtesy these guys who not even had the sensitivity to call me back and arrange food at some different location. This is worse professionalism.
Because of assurance with travel Khana I didn't take any lunch from my home and when piparia reached where my order have to be delivered noone came with food if you really want to remain hungry than u can opt for travel khana

Its one of the worst service this people offer.
To start with initially they served food just before train left which didn't allowed us even see the food. Than post opening of the package we came to know that Roti's were burnt and even vegetable was Very spicy and hell lot of Oil. Post taking the matter with customer service team they said don't worry and our backend team will contact you and refund shall be initiated ( Never said to take photo). Now after 3-4 days they are saying that the food was good and eatable. Now they will decide weather food was good or not considering they were not there at that time.
I would recommend don't go with them instead go ahead with Travellersfood as they give better food and with very less rates.
