I had never used TopResume or any other resume writing company before. I'm glad that I did, my original resume was not reviewed by many employers. It's only been a couple of weeks since I received my new resume from TopResume, but I can see the difference in responses from employers. I would recommend TopResume to anyone.

I bought the executive package which included cover letter, resume, Linkedin profile and posting service that sent my resume to close to a hundred different sites. It was pricey, but well worth it. My reviewer worked closely with me over the course of a week. She was willing to work around my schedule and always replied to my revisions in a timely manner. The revisions kept me involved in the process and I felt it was very collaborative. In short she was awesome. I've worked with other resume companies before, but this is the first time I am happy with the level of work.
My only regret is not getting this service sooner. I would highly recommend! Just be prepared to make use of the revisions (if you purchase additional revisions). That's what makes TopResume better.

I submitted a resume that was well-written but was concerned that it didn't get more responses. I paid $249 for the top of the line service. What I got back within 24 hours was a piece of garbage. Literally. Mispellings, grammar errors, things that read like gobbly-gook.It is was apparent that this "service" is a computer that takes your resume and for $249 rearranges it with some modifications that make it clear it is untouched by a human - or even proof-read. STAY AWAY! Or hire them to ensure unemployment.
