They are very professional and excellent to work with. I received an interview right after my resume was finished. Could have been luck but more likely it was my resume. It looked great!
I had not written a resume in over 10 years and I knew it needed work and I could tell by the results it was not so good so I needed to do something and do it fast so I went to TopResume for help. They did a great job and the proof was in the response I got from the new one. I was very happy to work with their writers who were great. So I was totally satisfied by their work and it was worth the money to have it done.
I was on the fence to update my resume. I was pleased with the product which updated resume, cover letter and linked in. The write presented a excellent product that I am now using. The only thing to be aware of is the 7 day requirement to allow edits. I wish this was 14 days but I made it work. I am looking forward to achieving interviews with the new resume and cover letter.
In reading over the resume and cover letter, I feel like I'm meeting my professional self for the first time! I can see before me a good picture of who I am in terms of experience and education and I can't wait to see what doors my new resume and cover letter will open for me. From the day I was assigned a writer and she contacted me, though, I felt a bit pressured by the knowledge that the 7 day clock was counting down. I always felt a bit pressured (never by my writer, but by the 7 day policy) to respond to my writer asap after she sent changes because I was just so paranoid about 'wasting' any of that time. It turned out everything got done in about 3 or 4 days after being assigned a writer (which took about 7 days), and my writer was very responsive, but something about that 7 days just made me panic a bit. Overall, I am quite pleased with the final result; it's polished, crisp and no-nonsense, and it presents me in an honest, professional light! I would recommend this company to anyone without reservation!

I am not happy to write this review, as I was really excited to have my resume professionally done! However, I have waited over a month for a draft, and STILL have not received one. I have contacted the company several times, was even promised a draft by Friday, and am STILL waiting for one. They have always responded to my inquiries, however, with 0 results. Recently, I have asked for a refund, so we shall see how this goes. I am seriously disappointed.
Was a little skeptical at first about getting my resume re written. Turns out it was the best decision and investment I could have made!
