This Indian guy tried to move files from my computer into their own computer, pretending to help. When I stopped him and refused payment, he started cursing at me. Calling me MF! He refused to give his name or his id number.
This is not a legit company! It's a huge scam. Careful, who you give your info to.
They are scammers and discourteous as well. They don't have the foggiest idea how to manage the customer. Every time another individual would go to your call and give you another excuse. They guaranteed they have ******* clients this is 100% wrong. I have checked with the Business Bureau about this company. They likewise have in excess of 47 complaints against this organization in 2019. They don't have great customers in the United states. Reconsider before purchasing any services from them. They will destroy your business and very soon this company is going to be shut down in the United states.
The system itself looks good, simple and not expensive but, I had no chance to use it.
My only dislike is so far that unknown numbers keep calling me and if I wouldn't be careful enough I answered the calls for my financial disadvantage...
The online tool provides a lot of features that I like. However, I am in a trial period for 3 days, and my account has been suspended for 4 times. Now they told me that I have to submit a copy of your government issued ID (front and back) and a copy of the credit card (front and back). I am not very comfortable doing that.
TollFreeForwarding.com is not cheap - If you Google "800 number forwarding" the first entry you get is TollFreeForwarding.com. It's a good website - simple easy to use. Their phone based customer service was friendly, helpful (although definitely a call center in India). The only problem with these guys is the price. Their cheapest monthly rate for setup (free), an 800 number (actually 877,888 or 866), and 200 minutes of service was $20. And additional minutes were 7 cents each. Note: it was very difficult to figure out what they were charging on their website, so I had to call them.
I didn't do much shopping around, but I did check out Office Depot's program:

Although the Office Depot program is through a broker (http://accessline.com/) and their website is poorly designed, a call to their customer service dept revealed a much cheaper service. Their basic rate was $5 per month (no additional fees) for 100 minutes and additional minutes were 5 cents each. I had my 888 number up and working in 5 minutes. Now, I don't have any experience with their customer service in case something goes wrong. And supposedly I can upgrade my plan to include more minutes anytime but I haven't tried it yet. But on the surface, it certainly seems like tollfreeforwarding.com is not a good deal for 800 number forwarding.

A website which is completely against the terms. If you try their free trial and enter your details - u cancel or u don't they still charge you per month. Over and above they also send lots of unwanted test calls from the other users. After subscribing you may get a call saying - "Is this Police station" or "Can you take a note of my order - i would like to order for large pizzza" etc etc.
I've called a couple of times and the person answering was knowledgeable and quick. Problem is, it doesn't work, I probably should call and cancel. This page didn't load properly, but I assume 1-5 with 5 being Great, 1 being lousey?
They take take decisions on your behalf and recharge your account according to the last month's usage. If I would have predicted the usage, then why would I have chosen the $9 plan, and paid them more for the calls.
I just spoke to your customer care executive regarding the billing issue and the $ 54 charge, he was rude, unprofessional, and disconnected the call when he did not have a satisfying answer. I was shocked when I came to know that there are such unprofessional employees working with a brand name like tollfreeforwarding. We also work for customer service, but employees like them kicked out of the organization very soon.
He said "I know thousands of call centers working in India, and none of them have such questions,. Why did you opt for a plan of $9 if you knew that u have more usage"
Tollfreeforwarding has such smart employees who have great ideas, and knowledge, but lack telephone etiquette.
Totally blown away by the level of customer service I received from "Josh", when contacting Tollfreeforwarding and setting-up a toll-free phone number. All of my questions were answered, I got what I called for and wasn't coerced into purchasing additional items... what a concept!
