I have used Tollfreeforwarding for the best part of 5 years and they have been nothing short of spectacular. I have used all facets of their services to the fullest extent and they never fail me in anyway. Wow, it is totally a Scammer, 10 day free trial is not free, they asked asked me to have an ID card on the front and back of my credit card, it's absurd.
They are thieves, do not deal with them. They stole my refund and they did refuse to refund me my money... Worse company ever... Please be aware... Please find another company. They have a very bad customer services and agents... I am in process of suing them... Be aware guys!
Toll free forwarding is good but complicated in setting up voicemail etc. I have not been able to setup after going through all tutorials as well.
Secondl one cannot see the incoming call phone number. It only shows my own number as incoming so one has to take all calls without identity.
Really, I don´t have a lot to add to my main line: just perfect. Forwarded calls run smooth, unnoticed, and in just several seconds, from country to country. I repeat: just perfect. Somewhere cheaper would be even better... :)

Definitely a scam. They charged me for 4 numbers and they never worked. Their customer support are rude and they hang up on me. I paid for their service and they don't want to refund my money nor fix or replace the numbers they gave me. I am really disappointed with their service.

The free trial was amazing, then after I finally decided to keep the number, they started charging me DAILY a number of non required services and whatnot. They would charge me about 40$ A DAY! If you want to save money this is definitely NOT an option.

This company is not reliable. People be aware of them. They do not reply emails, Continue keep charging you, you cannot cancel account. They do not refund. Very disappointing, I agree with rest of community, and think they are scamer. Just want to advise, be aware and alert.

I needed a florida number and witht he assistance of Blade a customer service agent i was able to get the line working perfectly for the trial period while i was trying to reach potential employers who requested a Miami number, the service and the connection was perfect! I got my old job back so i didnt need the number any longer but whenever i do need this type of service i will call Blade who was courteous and great in helping assure that everything went perfect. I have unlimited global coverage with my US-based cell plan (via my employer). However, I was on a several-weeks assignment in Sydney, Australia, and wanted to offer peers and client a local number. I did not want to carry a 2nd cell, so I obtained a "virtual" number through Tollfreeforwarding. It worked wonderfully! No one locally had to call "long distance" to my US cell, yet those "local" calls to my Tollfreeforwarding Sydney number redirected to my US cell without delay, and totally invisible to the caller. I recommended the service to a number of my peers and won't hesitate to use Tollfreeforwarding again. (I discontinued the service - no problems whatsoever - after returning to the USA.)
While transitioning in Asia, we needed a usable temporary US telephone number; TollFreeForwarding filled that need perfectly and at a great price, all things considered. Choose a number, set up voicemail and call forwarding, pass out the number to friends, family, and business contacts and bingo: instant international communication-on-the-go! Couldn't have been easier. They were also very pleasant when it came time that we no longer needed the service; quick refund of remaining balance, even when I asked them to use it to treat themselves to a pizza instead of refunding! Good company to deal with.

TollFreeForwarding gave me the perfect solution. No need to pay 50 dollars or more monthly for a US cel line and still having a number people in the US can call me.
Love using TFF for our international business needs. They provide lots of options for most of the countries that our customers do business in, and will work with you to make sure you get the service you need in each. They will also work with you to troubleshoot problem lines instead of leaving you on your own when issues arise. The web portal is really easy to use and very intuitive. I am sorry but we can only issue refunds of credit card payments to the same credit card that the payment was made on. Even if card is blocked or closed or cancelled, if refund is issued on a card, then bank is liable to refund you the money into some bank account. Typically such transactions are flagged to the corresponding bank operators and they will confirm with you once and they will refund you the amount manually. No issues. Every bank is liable to keep history of last 10 years card and account transactions of transactions for this purpose only.
