I purchased tickets for an event on TicketsonSale. The event was cancelled because the performer had travel complications. The venue advised that refunds would be issued. TicketsonSale issued a credit rather than a refund. I tried to call, but received an automated response that I must email. When I requested a refund via email, I was provided with an obvious canned response about COVID 19, government shutdowns, and massive restrictions. All of these reasons were completely irrelevant to the cancellation. So, while the purchase process may be easy, you'll be out of luck if something happens and you need a refund. Buyer beware.

We Purchased two tickets to The Marshall Tucker Band concert in Forney Tx at the Spellman Amphitheater. The band cancelled the event. I can not get a refund of my $248 they will only issue a credit for future use. I don't want to attend a future concert and want the money I paid back. Extremely poor customer service. They are RIP offs and care less! I work hard for my money and would have attended the event had it happened. There were no terms n conditions prior. What happened to treating customers with respect? Please do not do business with these people as they are out for money only

Ordered three tickets to football game on November 20,2021 from ticketsfonsale.com which I later determined is the same company as Vivid Seats LLC. (1) I cancelled within two hours of the order; (2) wrong amount charged - not only double but a $37 extra charge per ticket or $111 which is ridiculous; (3) have not received anything; (4) the tickets are not what I expected as the price is twice what it costs from the Tech Ticket office. I called, emailed, used "live" chat which is not a live person, texted (same as the live chat). Nobody has returned any of my concerns. In each I cancelled within two hours. Also, I googled online and checked with the Better Business Bureau and this company is well known for misrepresentation. It is rated as low as possible. Even when people had paid cash the company refused to return their calls or the money; or when they were to receive a refund the same happened.

Boycott all ticket sellers and music.
Until they can stop this criminal behavior, don't give these artists millions of dollars.
They can stop this but they choose not too.
This is a very immoral company to do what they do.
They ruin the experience of music.

I was extremely worried after purchasing tickets from this website as it has very bad reviews, I was convinced I was going to get scammed. Fortunately, I received the tickets today and they are legit and the promised seats I ordered, however they are extremely overpriced. To anyone that has bought tickets and has not received them, please check your emails very carefully, I made the mistake of not looking at my emails closely and accidentally skipping over my tickets and not seeing them until a few days later. I hope this review gives some peace of mind to those that already purchased tickets. To anyone else considering using this site, I suggest to look elsewhere as this site overprices the tickets and you will find much cheaper tickets elsewhere.

I paid for second row tickets from these guys (Section: Pod B3 Row: GA) and then see a transfer for tickets in a totally different section in the back of the seating chart. (Section SEC3F, GENERAL ADMISSION). I am stopping payment on this through my credit card company and will never buy from these jokers again. The customer service line was just a loop around and so was the chat option. Totally unbelievable. Dont buy from these guys unless you want to take a chance.

Tickets on sale advertises "great" seats to all events and then cannot fill the order and refuse to refund. They give "120% of your fee" for later purchases which you cannot get. They are a criminal operator and should be closed. They love to take advantage of anyone who uses their service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The State of Virginia won a $190K award for Ticketonsale customers who experienced pandemic caused event cancellations.
I am owed $300+ for a cancelled show; however, I cannot get a refund from this fraudulent reseller,

I was in a hurry and accidentally clicked on this site instead of the event site. My bad for sure. But from there its on them. Ended up tickets that cost roughly twice what they cost on the event site and this event is NOWHERE NEAR SOLD OUT. Their site is designed to look like TicketMaster so if in a hurry you may not notice anything wrong. Paying superstar prices for a second tier event. Disgusting.

How companies like this exist is quite amazing in todays world.

Purchased tickets. Concert was "postponed" another date was set and was "postponed" again. Filing a complaint with MA Attorney general Office to resolve dispute.

Stole my money as they did not give my credit of money back. They do not answer the phone nor do they respond in email.

I spent ~$400 on tickets from TicketsOnSale and later found the exact same concert tickets (same row, same seat #, etc.) for $108 TOTAL (including fees, taxes, everything). I was so mad. I tried to contact TOS services to request a refund, cancel my order, or to even try and resell the tickets and they were absolutely no help at all. So now I am down $400 and have 2 sets of tickets to the same concert, so annoying. Will never be using them again

It was an absolutely terrible service we bought 4 tickets to the fight we were all excited

While I was sleeping they sent me an email to confirm our tickets by a text message that I never received. And they said if I did not receive the text message to call the number listed on the email at 2:00 in the morning

Needless to say there was no text and by the time I woke up I had to wait for them to open backup to make a phone call and they had already cancelled our tickets by then I would never trust this service or give them a dime though girl on the phone was completely in utter $#*!... They should be shut down

I purchased my tickets two weeks before the event and i was scheduled to receive my tickets on june 3rd by email or text I still haven't gotten them and was screwed out of 181.00 dollars. I have no one to contact to request my money back and the event was last night at the coast coliseum #angrylady

No recourse once purchased... event within 24 hours of purchase... and the service fee is exorbitant...

After purchasing tickets based on reviews and what came up on my web browser. I purchased tickets on this site, and a floor seat. I was emailed a seats for bleachers tickets in the rafters where one would need binoculars to see the event. I dropped lots of money for these seats and to be stuck in nose bleed seats? I contacted my bank immediately to stop payment and to work out something to resolve this issue. Customer service disconnects and they don't want to owe up to a mistake where the seats to this concert go for 161$ but charge me 332$ for prime seats and stick me in seats where u need binoculars to see the event? Very disappointed and even when I contact them they do not want to speak with me or I cant get through and email is dropped... I would not give this company 1 star but had to give a star and that was for ease of purchase but the rest became a nightmare... still no resolve hope my bank will take care of this nightmare...

I Purchased $ Tickets Two for one concert two for another concert... both concerts were canceled by the State Fair Due to Covid 19. Fair Gave Full Refunds. Not Them. Oh no one of the concerts was rescheduled for next year... yes Next Year the other was not. Still No Refund. They gave me credit to buy more tickets... Just not my Money. Stay Away from them unless you like throwing your money away...

This company is an absolute scam, please dont fall for it like i did. Purchased a $300 front row ticket to a country concert that was rescheduled 3 times, then all the headline artists pulled out. TicketsonSale has NOBODY to talk to (every call option, email, and live chat is a dead end. Trust me ive been trying for weeks). Once you pay there is absolutely no way to get back your money. I even bought the "insurance" which turns out to be worthless because they will deny any claim you file at all (i have friends at different concerts get denied as well... even if the concert is cancelled). Its all just a lure with low prices, and if ANY minor issue occurs you are stiffed with your payment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. GO TO A REPUTABLE SELLER. What this business does is a crime
