I purchased VERY expensive tickets for a concert for my daughter's birthday. With a VERY long drive, hotel stays (not refundable) and her happiness on the line... I started using their chat after the initial concert date was changed due to COVID. Their chat people have scripts: "rest assured", "ticket guarantee", "special fulfillment team". It was all nonsense. I wasted 10 hours trying to get my tickets. It was a nightmare. I would NEVER EVER recommend this company. I honestly made an accident, and thought I had clicked on the LiveNation site, as I was so excited to get tickets for my daughter. There are ABSOLUTELY no refunds. Not for ANY reason. They tell you to "resell", but when you don't have tickets... until less than 1 day prior to the event... you can't do that!
Absolutely stay away! Their fees are also excessive. I had made my purchase via PayPal and a Credit Card with purchaser protections, but that wouldn't have saved me on the hotel etc.

They say your tickets will be delivered 48 hours before the event. Not so. I have no tickets to the show I had planned on going to at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville. And it was $620 for six $44 tickets, but they make the "face value" look much higher to hide the convenience fees, which are criminal. How does this company even stay in business? When I purchased the tickets it looked like I was on a reputable site and somehow they make it look like the show is about to sell out. I purchased these fake tickets the day they went on sale and guess what, the show is NOT sold out. Don't try to call them, they won't answer. I bought a ticket for Allen Parsons 8/27 in LA. The event was postponed but no new date provided. When I talked with the company they said NO REFUNDS but couldn't provide me with a copy of their terms & conditions that they claim includes this provision.

Bought box seats for a concert at VA beach, paid $710 for two tickets, and did not receive them until 24 hours before the concert, and they weren't even the tickets I bought. Instead they sent me floor seats that cost half, of what I paid for. No response from anyone, even after 6phone calls, and three emails the day before the concert. Should have just bought tickets at the show for $150. They will sell you tickets, and when you get them, they'll be in another section that you did not ask for. Box seats and floor seats are not the same, and you shouldn't pay box seat prices for floor seat tickets.
This place is horrible. I spent $600.00 on Garth Brooks tickets that got rained out and then he canceled because of covid. Garth said they will issue refunds. This place gave me a credit they said because of covid that I only have 12 months to use my credit or lose it. Not many concerts going on because of covid. Would not issues a refund and I only spent 600.00 because it was Garth. Never will purchase again. Buyer beware.

Received confirmation and ticket download. All worked well. What was disappointing was the confirmation and ticket receipt did not provide a breakdown of charges and I did not see that information disclosed at the time of purchase. I spent 35 minutes waiting to talk to customer service to get details on charges. Tickets were $56 each but the charge was $156.18. Customer service rep was helpful to explain but this detail should be provided at time of purchase!
The purchasing process was an Easy Peasy... the processing fee was almost half of the ticket prize. It would be nice to have some form of visualization for first time concert goers where the general admission holders will be seated.
Horrible customer service. I ordered tickets for this concert at our State Fair. I ordered these tickets at 3:15 the night if the concert the website stated would be electronically sent in two hours. Well, I didn't get these until 7:37 pm the concert started at 8. I was chatting with agent via chat they stated they couldn't get a hold of the seller so we then decided we wouldn't go. I asked for a refund since it was way too late to get to the concert that was 1 hour away and they was sent 20 minutes before it stated and they stated they can't give me one.
I never received my tickets and had to buy new ones in the day of the show. I spent hours on chats and emails with them and they were not helpful. Now they are telling me that because they are a reseller they are not responsible to reimburse me and that it's in their terms and conditions that they aren't responsible so I'm screwed. SCAM!
I'll make this short and sweet. I overpaid for bad tickets and the event was canceled. I was issued a credit and could only use it for a similar dollar amount. I was scammed again paying 342.00 for tickets that were worth 50.00. Each ticket had a 54.00 fee for guaranteed delivery. Customer service was an endless loop of unhelpfulness, prerecorded messages, and abrupt disconnection. Do NOT use ticketsforsale.com! Terrible!
Tried to send me a one day ticket for a 3 day event. I complained but got no assurance. Got tickets only 1 hr before event start when I would have to drive 10 hours to get there. I couldn't use the tickets, and they won't refund. They act like their sellers have tickets in hand, but they don't. Total scam. Avoid at all costs.
I will start by saying that it was my own fault I bought the tickets through TicketsOnSale but the whole customer service experience has been sub optimal. Paying twice face value without knowing is one this but being charged a 30% service fee is another. Calling customer support was a 45 min hold wait and to be answered by a snooty lady not willing to help is absolutely unacceptable. She would not help me resell the tickets through the very website I bought them through claiming nor help me in any other fashion. Buy at your own risk and check other websites before buying through TicketsOnSale. DONT BUY THROUGH TICKETSONSALE!
We purchased tickets when it seemed Covid was easing up. As things began to decline, we thought we'd wait and make a game time decision on attending the concert. The concert was at a State Fair in the grandstand. Fair officials had very few Covid precautions in place, so we wanted to get a refund. ZERO concessions for the health and safety of their customers. Just a lot of "sorry, we can't help you". The disregard of the health and safety of their customers is greatly disappointing and I will not be using them again.

This is not the place to purchase your tickets, they are nothing more than a pass-though service and have not information that is helpful. All their information comes from the seller. My real issue with this service is that it is not really a service. You can place an order here, they will happily take your money, but their customer support is complete garbage! No one answers the phone, no one replies to their online chat, and all the reviews show the service is for S*&T! Do your self a favor and either go direct to the venue for your purchase or a reputable reseller like Ticket Master.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
