They post-poned the show 4 times. Refused to give us refunds. The A. G. from West Virginia even called us, asking questions about their business practices! The show was scheduled for March of 2020. Today, March 11th, 2022, at 5:11 pm, we received our tickets for the 8pm show. I was driving home through rush hour traffic and bad weather. (We live over 90 minutes away from the venue). We've had tickets for over 2 years, but they changed them at the last minute for some unknown reason, making ours void. I can't understand how they're still in business... Would give them a negative star if possible.

They claim that all sales are final and the only way to be refunded is if the event is cancelled. Clearly they are lying as lots of people have complained here & on the BBB website that they could not receive a refund even when the event was cancelled. Don't buy through them. Go to the event center or promotion company directly first. If the event is sold out use a legit company or even try to find a decent person who is selling their tickets. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Absolutely terrible company to to business with. Prices are over double what the should be and customer service will not help you any. BBB rating is an F. Stay away!

I was searching for tickets to watch Disney on Ice with my little girl. I did not notice that ticketsonsale is a resale market place. The notice is placed on the top of their website but colored differently so it's easy to miss. I ended paying for tickets 300% more than it's value. I checked ticketmaster, which is what I should have done in the first place, to compare and it was way cheaper. So please save your money and do not buy from this website.

SCAM SCAM! I bought 3 tickets, great seats $2,811.18 and they never sent, then sent me an email stating that i accepted them! WHAT A JOKE! DONT EVER USE THEM!

I ordered 8 Eric Church tickets over a year in advance on this website by mistake. The fees were over 1/3 of the ticket price per ticket. I tried calling them because as soon as I got the confirmation email stating they reserved the right to separate our group if over 4 tickets were ordered. The rep. On the line said it was highly unlikely we would get separated since tickets hadn't even gone on sale yet, concert was a year away, AND if we were separated, it would most likely be 2 groups of 4. Super frustrated since the service fee was almost $900. Tried to get a refund. They said no. Chalked it up to a lesson learned and prepared to tell the group we may have to divide up. Checked the ticket sales on ticketmaster (where I thought I originally ordered) as soon as they went on sale. There were plenty of groups of 8 in the section I asked for. Waited almost a year to get the tickets and we are all split up into groups of 2. Ticketsonsale chatted with me and NO ONE cares at all.

Do NOT NOT NOT order tickets from this website. There should be consumer laws banning these types of services that refuse to give back money before any purchases can be made and charge such an exorbitant fee.

Worst experience with customer service I've ever had. They rescheduled an event after a year without offering money back or even a credit to a different show. They won't even provide me with my tickets so I can resell them until closer to the actual show but who knows if they will ever get to me. Horrible experience! Will never purchase form here again, huge mistake!

As everyone except this company knows, all baseball Spring Training in US is not happening. This company claims they have not received information from MLB that SpringTraining games are canceled.

My five stars are like this company, a sham. I'm not sure how I ended up on TicketsOnSale since I thought I was on the venue. I paid 3x the price for much better seats. I unknowingly got obstructed view seats besides being ripped off. When I contacted them about the mix up I was informed that I had no recourse. So this site and the man who priced the tickets so outrageously have scammed me. I'm going to use all the resources available to keep them from scamming you!

I purchased 4 tickets to Hamilton and paid for them and I did not receive the them. When I complained to Customer Service they did nothing to try and locate my tickets! A bunch of crooks! I would NOT TRUST this company and site. All customer service is based off shore and they do JACK SH*T to help. A bunch of thieves I tell you!

PLEASE do not use this site. I purchased tickets from TicketsonSale in April of 2021. A link was sent to me but every time I clicked on it, a message would pop up saying "oops, something went wrong." I tried religiously to get someone from TicketsonSale to resend me the link and they simply wouldn't. I was never able to use the tickets and had to eat the cost. Financial deception at its finest. Needless to say, this company does not stand by their consumer purchases. AGAIN, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

They took long to electronically transfer and fees were ridiculously high. Any concerns i had regarding the tickets i was helped by customer service chat immediately. Tickets were legit eventually came but on time and we enjoyed our show! Thank you

I bought a ticket to hippocampus concert and regrettable that I didn't know there's a legit website from the venue they sell directly to you because i'm new to the city, the original ticket is 28 cad and ticket for sale sold me for 92 cad, and I didn't receive the ticket after i bought for 2 months, and lastly they literally sent me someone else's ticket which when i got the venue of course it's used already (glad that i bought another ticket from the actual site so I didn't miss the show)

We flew all the way to Vegas to be told we had fake tickets to see Billy Joel. Ticketsonsale sent us a QR code that was invalid. What was needed was a rolling barcode, which we never received so we couldn't see the show we looked forward to for months. The disappointment was overwhelming after spending so much money for a special weekend. I called customer service and was told they couldn't help us. What a scam! Never felt so burned!

I BOUGHT TICKETS ON THIS SITE AND IT IS A SCAM. THE PRIZE IS WAY TOO EXPENSIVE COMPARED TO TICKET MASTER. THEY DON'T CANCEL SO PLS. DON'T. THE COSTUMER SERVICE IS NO HELP AT ALL ANYWAY.

Offered little help when seller didn't send tickets to our AXS account and said no refund. There is no point in this company so we're out 500 bucks. Also there isn't a penalty for the transfer person you buy the ticket from so they can just keep doing this over and over. Thanks AXS and ticketsonsale.com

They seemingly lock you in into an agreement and offer no way out of a venue, pandemic or not and no time cap on rescheduling. Without a promise that the band will perform or be together in over a years time, they refuse to offer any refund. Avoid this site at all costs.
