Won't purchase from this site again, as a Canadian, way too expensive. I saw no where that the cost would be in American funds, and i am very disappointed that I only found out when looking at my authorization bank text, which was too late to cancel.
The purchase process was easy and efficient. The additional fees on top of the ticket costs were excessive. Waiting time for my digital or physical tickets is excessive as well. We live in a digital world where receipt of a document (beyond an email) should happen faster. I have no idea when I will receive the tickets.
As a first time user this was a near seamless, effortless experience. The prompts were accurate, the ability to actually see what and where you would be seated was a major plus. It has been quite a while since using any form of ticket purchasing online and I must say it has improved.
Grabbing the tickets was easy to get, this our first time getting tickets for the crystal theater to see Celtic Thunder or any concert. I'm bringing my mom with me as we very recently lost one of family members so I thought taking her to see Celtic Thunder would help us heal. I will definitely be going to Crystal Theater again in the future.
I purchased tickets for the Oliver Anthony concert in Clarksburg. This is the first time I've used this site. Overall is easy to navigate. The only confusing this is the ticket section and when you get the ticket itself. Mine seems like a generic ticket, it doesn't have my name just the order ID. We'll see on the day of the show how it all really went.
I loathe having to download things, make accounts, blah blah nonsense. Just email me a pdf of the qr code and be done with it. Too much tech. And why on earth is there a delivery fee, when it's all digital? Nonsense.
Bought tickets for Brandon Lake in LR. I was doing this with my daughter and we didn't want to lose our tickets but do not recall seeing any reference to the exorbitant service charge until the purchase was complete. Seemed less than transparent.
Search, transaction and confirmation of payment was quick and easy. But it would have been beneficial in my case to know before hand that all sales were final. And now because of a conflict in my schedule I will be stuck re-selling the ticket via another website.
Do not buy. Extremely stressful process. Yes, the tickets are real, but the stress is not worth how much money you might save. Even then, I've heard of prices being even more than normal. They do not give your tickets electronically automatically like a normal ticket service company, if they did it normally then I would have 0 issue.
Was expecting purchase of tickets to be much more straight forward. It's hard to find tickets received when my inbox is cluttered with junk mail from the same provider. Still unsure how to find/access tickets that have been paid for in full. Not satisfied with delivery strategy.
I would like to have an itemized receipt to see what cost me $100 more than I thought my tickets were coasting. Did I pay for the ticket insurance I chose not to take? Or is it some other hidden fee? Besides that it's been fine so far as long as the tickets show up smoothly on schedule one day before the show.
I found the use of your service to be quick and easy. Albeit your follow up borders on stocking. You've sent me many emails asking me to confirm what you can digitally already confirm which is that I've accepted my tickets and I have them in my AXS folder ready to use. If you want survey results. Just call it that. Thanks
Thanks for the e-delivery. I notice, though, that the price I was charged online (not counting fees, which were egregious) was $114 per ticket, but the face value on the tickets I just printed out is $65 each. What gives? I would like an explanation. I have never had this experience with The Virginia before. Did I get gouged?
It is so easy to order tickets. I received a email with tickets in the early morning before work. I would have liked the additional reminder text message though, such that has happened in subsequent purchases. At the end of the long day, this mid-week, local event got spaced out and we did not attend. My bad, my fault. I'm just saying that the additional text message would have been a life saver. Oh well, bummer.
This is my first time purchasing concert tickets. It was a very quick and easy transaction. I didn't have any issues throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend this website to anyone wishing to purchase tickets.
No where any where on your site says anything about how much of a "service fee" you charge. It would be damn nice to know it was going to cost me 87 frigging dollars for a service fee before I checked out and got hit with the bill. If I had known I was going to purchase a whole extra ticket just to go through your site I would have gone anywhere else to get tickets. Not having an option to cancel the order is also bull$#*!. The way your site reads it basically tells you that you cannot cancel an order after it has been placed which is also bull$#*!.
Extremely easy process. You are able to see exactly where you will be around the entire arena. I would definitely recommend this site to everyone. I was able to book my tickets with ease, and that's normally not the case. What I'm really saying is they make it super easy and convenient.
Tickets arrived via email but first one had someone else's name, different dollar amount. Two days later another email came and was straightened out. They just better work when I get to the venue. Saved ALL the emails!
I purchased tickets … the website interface indicated that my session timed out after I set up my credit card info. I received a confirmation email so fingers crossed there's no mix-up come time for the event.
I plus rather pick up physical tickets rather that doing the electronic hoopla 2 weeks after the purchase. I feel like there is just a lot of crossing your fingers and hoping for the best. Time will tell
Answer: Terrible do not use this company, you will not get your tickets or your refund
Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
Answer: They refuse to give refunds especially if the event is cancelled. Do not buy from Them
