I went to see Rihanna and Travis Scott at TD Garden in Boston and contemplated printing the tickets (which I spent $320 on) before the event. However I have gone to concerts and events before (including events at the Garden) and have never been denied entry or told that I need to have a physical printed ticket instead of the PDF on my phone. I also checked all of the information on the ticket and it does not indicate that the ticket needs to be printed to gain entry. The staff at TD Garden refused to admit me to the event without a print out of my ticket, they refused to print the ticket and they told me that the issue was with myself and the vendor (TicketNetwork). I had to scramble to find a good Samaritan in the street who let us use his printer, and was able to get to my seat with about 20 minutes left of the opening act. I was disappointed that I had to miss part of a show that I paid so much money for (and TicketNetwork made a profit off of). Some might say the arena was being ridiculous, but if they have a policy to not allow re-sold tickets to be scanned on the phone, then I believe the it is the reseller's responsibility (TicketNetwork) to inform the customer that the tickets must be printed. I had no way of knowing that this would be an issue and assumed that since it is 2016 and not 1975 using my phone instead of printing would be acceptable. This is the only time I have used TicketNetwork and the only time I have had an issue gaining entry to an event, so I will likely not use TicketNetwork in the future. I would give 0 stars if that were an option.

Your site was good to buy tickets through. I wish you didn't have extra fees associated with buying tickets to events. The tickets came right away and I did not have any issue with them.
We had a good time once we got in, we went to the 1030 show which we new would be late but once we got to the center it took a hour and 15miuntes to get in.

First time buying concert tickets on line was very nervous about being hacked or ripped off. Experience was great. Easy to order, can pick out seats for event and tickets arrived well before the event. Prices very reasonable for concerts now a days not like my first which was only $8.00. When I purchased the tickets online I thought they were quite expensive, however when I saw the $85 per ticket service fee charge it upset me. Little did I know when I actually received the eTicket and printed it the face value of the ticket was $220 less than what I actually paid per ticket before the surcharge.
The show itself was great, however I'll never use TicketNetwork again!

The tickets were made printable for easy access and the prices were great. The only site I found that didn't charge $30, $40 or more for processing fees. Good job and I'll be using them again!
