We had a great experience it was a fantastic show very nice venue we seen quite a few shows now at Madison Square Garden's and have been happy with all of them and I believe we have gotten all of our tickets through ticket network and been very satisfied

It was a comfortable location directly in front of the stage. My wife had the experience of a life time of waiting. There was some mix up with the delivery of the tickets but it was handled very well and over all it was a good experience.

Mellancamp himself was great. The tickets were not the front row experience i was hoping for... limited view. Sat next to sound and lighting so they had curtains blocking the area off which limited the view to stage. Could not see the full stage, not even the drummer. Seating chart looks as though seats are great but i would never pay that price for those tickets again. Sitting 20 rows back would have been way better.

I purchased a table for 4, arrived at the venue and was told I had purchased tickets from Ticket Network for a table that did not exist. There was no Table 10, which is what I had purchased. After being told by the event security team and Wild Bill management that there was nothing that they could do, we complained long enough that we were finally given a table with 2 stools instead of 4, that was added by being forced into an area where people were already standing so you could not move. The new table was placed behind a pole so we could not even see the performer. There were at least 4 other groups of people with Ticket Network tickets in the same 'your table does not exist' situation. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS VENDOR.

I absolutely LOVED seeing Dianna Ross. She is just so wonderful. This was the 4th time that I have seen her and she was wonderful, as I said and she still has a fabulous voice. The only thing I really did not like was her daughter. Her daughter will have never have the power nor the following that Miss Ross has. I am so very, very good that you chose her to be at the Sands. If at all possible bring her back very soon.

I recommend avoiding Ticketmaster at all costs. I purchased tickets for an event at the Wolftrap Center in Virginia. I was automatically directed to a Ticketmaster website where I chose to purchase two $104 seats. Ticketmaster charged me an additional $26/ticket fee for a total of $52. Ticketmaster then directed my purchase to a third party company Ticket Galaxy. When I downloaded my tickets I was given seats worth $55 which were purchased by an unknown person using an unknown credit card. Figuring there was a mistake, I contacted Ticket Galaxy who informed me these were indeed my tickets and that I should contact Ticketmaster. I called Ticketmaster to find why I ended up paying over $130 for a $55 ticket. The Ticketmaster operator was very condescending and rude, basically telling me that it was my problem that I paid that price. I feel Ticketmaster was dishonest. I don't know if they buy blocks of tickets and then 'legally' scalp them on the open market, but I feel there should have been a full disclosure informing me at the time of purchase that the tickets I was buying were only worth $55. If I had known that, I would not have spent over $130 for a $55 ticket. I believe Ticketmaster is a deceptive organization that knowingly rip offs unsuspecting customers by not listing the actual worth of the tickets they are reselling. Never again! Please don't make the same mistake I did.

The entire experience was just amazing. This was the BEST concert I have EVER been to; and I have been to allot of concerts. I would recommend using ticketnetwork to anyone. They did a GREAT job getting my tickets out to me in a timely fashion and answered any questions that I had.

Everyone he brought with him on his tour was great. I had a hard time not laughing to much. Gabriel stayed after his obligated time and did some of his old materials. It was great hearing new materials that no one else heard. I will see him again when he comes back. I only hope he is in a bigger arena next time.

As Aladdin is one of my childhood favorite Disney movies, I had very high standards and expectations. I was not disappointed- in fact I was blown away! The set, choreography and singing was incredible and I loved every minute. One of that compared to the incredible effects- the magic carpet ride was superb and absolutely magical. The Genie was also incredible and was the best performance by far in a friend like me!

We purchased 2 Sapphire-Deluxe package at $1612. 50 total. We received our tickets the Friday before the show which we received a phone call immediately when sent explaining that there had been a mix up with our tickets and the people sitting next to us. We were given tickets with section FL3 row 26 seats 1 and 3 and that they contacted the other couple as well so we were to handle on our own. So we arrived and of course the other couple took the end seats 1 & 2 so we got stuck with seats 3 & 4 which I was not happy with at all couldn't see the stage from were we sat at all and the pre-hospitality dinner was a joke they had no idea what we were talking about and every time we wanted to order something or someone came over they had to verify everything first. So needless to say the amount of money we spent and what we received that I will not be purchasing anything else through this company as I feel we were ripped off. I expected better seats for what we paid.

I would like a refund for invoice #******* for the postponed/cancelled Janet Jackson concert that was going to be in Sunrise, Florida in July 2016. The total amount was 343.44 which included a charge,"Federal Exp Saver" of 15.00 and a service charge of 52.44. I never received the tickets which is a mute point now. I felt like we were stuffed in like sardines. The chairs were smaller and more added to increase sales. I didn't feel safe due to lack of control and excessive alcohol sales. The Merch booth was slow and out of the item I wanted even though it was the first show. My friends were next to the bar area and only heard about half of the concert because of the noise and the "Security" guards lack of interest on doing anything about the complaints. I probably won't be back for any future events I can be treated like cattle at home, plus for the price I could have bought an extra ticket just for what all the extra $$$ cost on the online ticket.
