Concert was incredible
My bff, my sister and her friend, and i had a great time st the Keith Sweat concert. We had some of the best seats in the Building. I have never been to the Grove before and my first experience there was fantastic. We were so close to the stage, we could actually reach out and touch him. This has been by far my greatest experience at a concert.

First off, I had trouble with the website itself. Kept denying my card even though I had triple of what was needed for the tickets in the card. And when I tried to fix it and call customer service, BOTH the representative that spoke to me were extremely rude, didn't have the patience to listen to my question or even answer them, and actually had to audacity to tell me they didn't care what I had to say? I didn't know customer service was supposed to approach the CUSTOMERS in that way. Definitely will never think about using this website again. They charged my card TWICE with a preauthorization that will now take 5business days for my money to return, and I still dont have my tickets? Easy to use? Definitely not, I'd stick to vivid seats, or ticket master. Never had any problems with them.

Mr. Seinfeld was very funny. We laughed the entire time. I was glad that children were able to come to the show. We did not have any ourselves, but we did see some children there. The show was clean enough for children to be there. The show was only an hour and a half, and that was the perfect amount of time. I arrived at my venue last night and tried to enter with my ticket. I was told I had to see someone else inside to get re ticketed. The lady that helped me said I should have been contacted by the person that sold the ticket through ticketnetwork. I received this ticket as a present from a friend of mine, but she put my email address down. I was never contacted to say that I would have to be re ticketed. This process took about 23 minutes and I ended up missing the first part of the show. I personally, will never use ticketnetwork!

Was hoping to to have been in the section that I ordered my original tickets from in section 106 across from the tv cameras but ended up getting floor seats. While I still had a great time, this is the third time Ive had my seats completely changed from original order. For the amount of money I end up spending it gets frustrating not to get what I want. Floor seating is good but views can be obstructed. I will still give it 3 out of 5 stars because the event was fun.
This was my fifth time seeing David Gilmour (first four was with Pink Floyd) since 1976. David and the Concert was awesome as ever. Really a nice show. Everyone was happy & cordial, even at the concessions. Wish I could go again.
I was a little apprehensive about purchasing the tickets online from a vender that I had never used before, but Ticket Network worked out fine, they answered my questions by phone with real people, and the ticket prices were affordable. And their website is phenomenal, very easy to see seating charts and pick your seats and pricing before purchasing. I will definitely purchase tickets from them again.

I purchased the tickets in the
Section Main Concourse 118 Row 28, and received tickets in section 118 row 9. The difference in the tickets is the tickets I purchased was VIP and the tickets I received wasn't. To put things in perspective, we spent over well over $400. As a group on foods and drinks when they should have been free. Then we missed the opening and part of the first quarter trying to get the ticket situation straightened out. This was supposed to be a surprise for my father 82nd birthday and turned into a disaster.

I ordered our tickets on the 20th of march. And never received my tickets. Therefore at 4:15pm on the day of the event. Since I had driven 5 hours to be at the event and I had to buy tickets from another broker for triple the price of my original tickets... I am very upset with this matter. My 8 year old was devastated to say the least. T this was a very horrible experience and I will never recommend anyone to buy from ticketnetwork in the future

Experienced 2 long waits. 1 for the tickets because they are delivered electronically which I received a week after my order and 2 experienced a long wait of close to an hour and a half to get into At&t Stadium due to wifi issues scanning the electronic tickets. Other than that, it was a decent show put together by WWE.

The show was awesome. We laughed so hard through out the show. Icould watch it again the message was very real and so true. Can't wait for the DVD to come. Out.
