I'm not at all pleased that buying tickets for a Canadian Casino seeing a Canadian icon Paul Anka, I pay for my tickets in US funds. My tickets started out to be $71.00ea ended up to be $122.00ea. That is just a gowdge and I'm not happy about it. I'll never buy another ticket from you again.

I purchased 2 tickets to hello dolly and paid a lot. I have received an email that says download tickets but after trying to only a blank screen appears. I have tried contacting the seller but no luck. Can you help.
I bought these tickets for my son's 7th birthday for his first Tiger's Game. I did not have a lot of money to spend, and I did not anticipate him actually wanting to stay the entire game. He is not a sports fanatic like my 8 year old son who went to many games last year with his uncle. Anyways I bought these tickets for a great cheap price. I warned him they would not likely be very good seats. They were amazing seats for the price. It was a great first experience for my son. Very happy with our purchase.

As a disabled veteran I had to make use of the accommodations parking and shuttle. Your staff, from the entrance to the ampitheater were exemplary. They were very informative and fequently there to assist me physically. It had been years since I had attended a performance at Red Rocks. It seemed even better with the addition of new technology. My only complaint was inconsiderate audience members standing & dancing the entirety of the performance, often making it impossible to see the performers, even on the Jumbotron.
Online ticket buying went smoothly; however, found seating chart confusing.
Would prefer all the costs up front rather than one hit away from BUY.
Not clear when email with E-tickets will be sent to me.

Tickets were great and better then expected! Downloaded them right away and had no problems. Great night listening to U2 play at Metlife. One of the best concerts of the summer.

Mixed messages on when the gates open. Venders were not ready nor were the worker trained. Didn't like the fact we had to turn our phones off, not just because of the not being able to take pictures but the fact we use our phones for other things, i. E., communication, calculating prices of vendor food, flashlight, time...
Concert was not all that well, not lit well and Bob played none of his popular songs.
As well as due to the Security watching for phone violators they kept stepping in front of our view that we paid good money for.
We will not be returning to your venue.
Easy to pick out seats with reasonable prices. Better options than in other dealers and with clear floorplan to choose good seats. Great communication in regard to ticket status.

Great prices when u see in venue. But after all the taxes and add on sur prices, way over priced! Would he nice if it wasn't that expensive. But I guess u gotta make money somehow.

3 stars given because of the pricing being way over face value (not up to you but should be regulated) which is way a lot of people don't attend these events. Also the $70+ fees charged for each ticket in addition to the inflated ticket pricing makes this way out of reach for most people. We feel as if we are getting ripped off. You do warn about this during the buying process but don't know by how much until purchase. Jusr wish this could be better

Had to buy a single ticket on secondary market and after comparing the options out there, chose TicketNetwork. I got an email that with a code i could get a rdeuction. In the booking process, there never was a chance to use it. Mailed them, including the code, but they were so inpolite not to react on that.
Hey Jos, sorry if you missed it, but there is an entry point for such coupons and gifts cards on the payment screen in the checkout process. It is below the word "Payment" at the stop of the screen. Those discounts cannot be retroactively applied, but hopefully you can use it next time.

Unable to apply a ticketNetwork gift card to my purchase. Tickets were in someone else's name and at a face value price significantly lower than what TicketNetwork charged. Told another buyer had bought a block of tickets and this was the "market value" I was being charged. Seems like a scalping scam to me. On hold for 38 minutes to customer service who could not resolve the complaint about the gift card credit. Told they would transfer me to a supervisor who was ready to speak with me, only got a voice mail. Very frustrating! I will NEVER use TicketNetwork again! I will tell everyone I know, to not use TicketNetwork as well.

We are lucky to get Yankees game in august.
There is a limit about quantity, I could not made oreder seven seat.
So I made two orders.
The first order are made succesfully electlic transfer tickets.
But the secound one, I could not choose electlc transfer ticket.
There is not altenetives, I unsatisfactly choose air mail deliverly.
I should have found satisfactly deliverly.
The air mail cost is large amount.

Very disappointed that Paula Abdul did not perform. Boys 2 men and NKOTB were good. PA had a knee injury. I would have been happy if she had come out and sat in a chair and sang her hit songs. The crowd would have respected her for that.
