This is the first time I used this site for tickets. I thought I was getting 2 tickets for $140.00 each with a $7.95 delivery charge. Those were the only fees disclosed prior to using my credit card. After I paid, it showed addtional fees of close to $90 for the tickets. Totally deceiving and unwarranted. Beware of this site.

Worst time I've ever had! Tried to surprise my daughter! The vendor never came through with the tickets I purchased in march for July show. I'm beyond angry and upset!
Omg a terrific show loud, exciting pure jaw dropping performance the dancers were amazing seeing them up close and personal made it so much more real than the reality show
Everything ok, except for certain lack of clarification. The ticket field "issued to" doesn't show my name. If my identification is required I'm affraid I won't be allowed to access in the venue.
Hi Fabyo, no need to worry - the name on the ticket doesn't matter. The name on the ticket is the name of the original seller. The barcode is the part of the ticket that matters and we guarantee you will be allowed access into the event.

Was so excited after waiting two years to be able to see ZBB. Bought what I thought were affordable assigned seats as it had a section AND seat number. Got there to find general admission lawn that was oversold! Couldn't find a place to stand let alone put down a blanket! Had no option but to leave 1/2 a song in. Complete disappointment and waste of money.

Having purchased my tickets yesterday 8th June (Australian time) I was concerned that I would not receive them until the 6th Sept. I will be traveling from Australia on that day and do not arrive in the US till the 10th.
Is there any way I might be able to get my tickets earlier, say the 4th of Sept so I could relax before the game and not have to chase them up.

If you could give us a call at 1 888 456 8499, we should be able to change the delivery location to your hotel in the US so they will be waiting there when you arrive and you won't have to worry. It was great service, however it took quite a while, I ended up being on the phone for 12 minutes and the representative did repeat a lot of the same questions which got kind of frustrating.
My exprience went very well, quick and easy. The young man who helped me was very polite.The tickets were available to purchase and hopefully will arrive days before the concert.

Great site, easy to navigate, but really $49.95 service charge per ticket? That's highway robbery. I guess maybe because you have tickets that no one else has?
I called Wolf Trap to talk with a representative about what seats were available. We received excellent service and our transaction was processed expediently. We were disappointed with the service fee that was added for each ticket but we want to see the Beach Boys at whatever the cost. An email was sent to my address but I had difficulty printing the tickets. Maybe I should have requested that they be mailed.
Quick and easy process. Very secure. Looking forward to my concert event in Canandaigua. Will definitely use this service again.

Customer service is horrible. Long wait times & they were no help. I paid triple of what I should of paid for each concert ticket! Ridiculous & so upsetting. Never again will I buy anything from them. I suggest everyone to be careful & look at the huge service fees/ charge! Not good at all or fair.
