The $205 charge was very attractive. It was only after I had provided my credit card number that I was informed of almost $70 worth of fees.
I bought a pair of tickets for the BTS Wings Tour from TicketLiquidator a few months ago and the tickets themselves had no issues. The transfer was made immediately with a convenient confirmation email and I was a happy concert-goer once March came.
BUT, this is a scalper site after all so I would never recommend it. The starting prices were already high and, with fees, I ended up paying about 450$CAD for each ticket. (P3 so mid-range seats) I also know that these tickets are sold by pretty much anyone (since the tickets come from individual sellers), not all of whom are the most honest.
So, if you're desperate and willing to spend a whole lot of money to see your idols then, by all means, go ahead. But look around a little bit before you settle for TicketLiquidator.
The fees etc are OUTRAGEOUS! It about doubles the cost of the ticket. It's a rip off
Then you have to pay a fee when it is sent in an email. There should be a way to purchase a "normal" ticket somewhere
They add so many fees that it almost doubled the price of the ticket. My cheap lawn seat was expensive. Never again.

Surprised to receive this survey before I received my tickets. Purchased 10 on Wednesday, received email for feedback on Friday but no tickets. Clearly I am not pleased and fee a refund is due if you do not plan to deliver the tickets.
Hey, Tim. There's no need to worry. I see a note on your order specifying that your tickets will be ready for delivery by July 15. Some venues don't release tickets for distribution until a certain date to cut down on the production of duplicate or fraudulent tickets. Tickets often arrive before that prescribed date, but in any case, there's no reason to expect any problems just yet.
Venue would not accept tickets! Rip Off email ticket would not download. Venue would not accept unless it was printed
Purchase was easy. Did not hear from anyone right away but finally got a call back and notification that ticket is on its way. Hoping for the best.

Garth Brooks was difficult at best; but David got us FLOOR tickets, Row F center stage! I did not think that lightening could strike place twice. But Mary Chapin Carpenter at Wolf Trap in Vienna, VA is ALWAYS SOLD OUT within one day. I had 2 individual orchestra tckts, but my wife wanted to come too and we would like to sit together. Call my friend x1885, DAVID, and HE gets me 2 seats together center stage row A! There is a pit of people plus 8 ft of walkway; so Row A is a great seat!
Now I'm going to see if he can work his magic to get me a ticket at the Rhyman in
Nashville for Four Voices!

I had to wait 20 or 30 min to get my tickets emailed from the vendor for a concert on that same night. Other than waiting a lil it was a great experience!

Great tickets but why the hell do you need $40 per ticket to process the tickets then charge an additional $8 to email me a ticket. EMAIL, doesn't cost $#*!. There's no stamps, no envolopes, we are the ones that have to have it on our phones or r print them off, not you so why do we have to pay for you to send it. Unbelievable. You guys are worse then Michigan insurance prices in Detroit.
I knew I was on a secondary market and not happy about that but went thru and damn if the fee was ridiculous. I was going to call and try an get refund, but decided I just needed to do a better job next time.
Answer: Not in my case. When I asked for a refund, these horrible people told me that "all sales are final. Our sellers do not provide order cancellations, returns, or refunds". In other words, they aren't even selling the tickets! A scam through and through. Their owners should be charged with fraud.

Answer: Hello Glenn, the reason you were advised you will have to receive the paperless entry tickets at a later date is because ticket sellers usually arrange paperless ticketing events in one of two ways: 1) A representative from the sellers office will meet you (and, likely, other customers, too) at the venue prior to the event, wait in line with you, and have the company credit card scanned by venue personnel. 2) The ticket-selling company will purchase the paperless tickets initially on a gift card (eg: VISA) and then mail this gift card to any subsequent ticket buyer. This buyer can then take the card (aka: the original purchase card) with them to the venue and have it swiped by venue personnel.
