A lot of money with extra fees at the end. The tickets were easy to get, but I'd have liked to have been able to see a chart where my seats are. Fees at the end added another $45 to each ticket which stinks!

Paid over double plus service fees and handling for tickets that were available at box office. Many tickets available at $55. I paid $102 each plus $38. In fees. About $140 more than I should for a event that had many seats available from the box office.

I thought the service fees were high and i had to call to and wait on hold forever to get my email sent with my tickets that I purchased for a same day event a few hours away. Which caused me even more money due to having to go somewhere to print them out.

I accidentally ordered Dave Matthews tickets for Sunday show but wanted Saturday show. I called within 2 minutes of placing the order and was told nothing can be done. I will never order tickets from your site and will let everyone I know what happened and encourage people to go elsewhere.

Charges your card even if you don't get the tickets. You call them to be told someone else got the tickets before me and it can take 7 days for the moment go back to the card. Use a secure checkout.

In the event that an order is unsuccessful, the charge is not completed and that preauthorization is released in accordance with your banks policies. It's more of a hold than a charge. As for the tickets, sellers can list their tickets for sale on our site as well as others, and if they sell their tickets on another site, but you buy those same tickets on our site before we're updated with the information that those tickets have been sold, this sort of situation can happen. Answer: Not in my case. When I asked for a refund, these horrible people told me that "all sales are final. Our sellers do not provide order cancellations, returns, or refunds". In other words, they aren't even selling the tickets! A scam through and through. Their owners should be charged with fraud.

Answer: Hello Glenn, the reason you were advised you will have to receive the paperless entry tickets at a later date is because ticket sellers usually arrange paperless ticketing events in one of two ways: 1) A representative from the sellers office will meet you (and, likely, other customers, too) at the venue prior to the event, wait in line with you, and have the company credit card scanned by venue personnel. 2) The ticket-selling company will purchase the paperless tickets initially on a gift card (eg: VISA) and then mail this gift card to any subsequent ticket buyer. This buyer can then take the card (aka: the original purchase card) with them to the venue and have it swiped by venue personnel.
