Called 2 days before the kenny chesney concert. The agent and I were both on the website as we talked trying to find the best tickets for a reasonable price. She was so helpful! Our tickets were sent FedEx next day and included a premium parking pass! The purchase was easy, price was fair and the seats were awesome!
Bought tickets two months ago and still havent showed up at my door. Contacted them numerous times with quick reply saying they are being shipped out asap. It's a scam, I am contacting my CC to cancel and also reporting to the BBB.

Susan, Shawn, and Amanda all work for Ticket Liquidator: they are fictitious characters created by a 'Marketing Scab' who's only job is to fabricate identities, positive feedback, and one liners. Anyone else suspect that ticketmaster and 'scalper sites' to be linked? My hypothesis: ticketmaster allows these sites to purchase 4-10 tickets on the day of a popular event's sale, then they jack up the price (x2 or x3 original) and tack on hidden fees (S&H is $40 per ticket!).
I couldn't order the tickets I needed online because only sets of two were offered, no matter what site I was on. I decided to call Ticketliquidator to find out why. The agent was really nice and explained about only selling two at a time, but that he'd be able to do it over the phone. He found me three great seats for Lewis Black. The tickets arrived just two days before the show, but they did arrive. We had a great time and I'll use TL again.

I bought the tickets online they always updated me on where my tickets are and when they were going to be delivered they were delivered fast way before the date they said it was going to be delivered the tickets were also really cheap I strongly recommend this site whats better then cheap tickets and fast service? I think its great!
Its a joke. Shipping fees and commission fees are insane. Better off buying of a scalper on the street. Terrible customer service too. I had a very negative experience with these rip off artists.
This site has never done me any wrong, I trust them.
Of course with these site you get hit on high prices and fees, but the market is the market. Whenever I check both stubhub and ticketliquidator, and if they both ticketliquidator has lower fees by usually around $10 a ticket. I guess that extra $10 of your money on stubhub goes to all the ubiquitous ads you see everywhere. I've order tickets from this site several times and never had a problem.
Smooth and pain free. Searched for tickets to the sold out Adele concert in Chicago, found several options with preferred sellers clearly identified. Purchased them, got confirmation, tracking and follow-up right away. They sent an email with local places to dine, have a drink and even enjoy more entertainment, along with directions. Very safe and professional. Ticket Liquidator made sure I was aware of who and how to contact had there been any problems or concerns with my order. Hard to believe in great customer service these days, but Ticket Liquidator believes in it. Purchasing most if not all of my tickets to everything from here from now on.
I can't say enough good things about this experience! Seats for Kid Rock where best in the house. Price was half that printed on the tickets. Delivery was only 2 days.

My Husband and I wanted the last day of our honeymoon to be awesome. So we decided to do one of our favorite things together, and that is watching baseball. The Pirates and Dodgers were playing that day in Pittsburgh so I started looking for tickets. I came across ticketliquidator.com and gave it a shot since they had tickets really close to the field and at a reasonable price. We bought them on like a Friday we got them that Monday or Tuesday. No problems no hassle no having to call customer service. Ahhhhh, the one thing that went without any glitches. LOL Thanks ticketliquidator.com... we'll be back!
I bought tickets the night before the event. Seller drove 30 minutes each way to ship my tickets overnight. I couldn't believe I had tickets for a sold out event to general admission, twice cheaper buying night before the event. Experience was a blast. Thank you to this site and a seller.
Ok, so I have been waiting, as well as my wife, to see the strokes, for years. Too bad once we got to nyc we found out that they have pawned us bad, fake tickets. 100% guarantee? How about subtracting 100 percentage points. Filing a complaint with visa asap. DO NOT TRUST THIS "Company."
So 125 for each ticket, which turned out to be fake, then we had to buy, "obstructed view" tickets which were way lame.
Do yourself a favor and stick with ticketmaster or an actual reputable company.

NHL, Coyotes and Ducks game Dec. 28. Very friendly and helpful service. Great seats for less $ than the ticket face value. The Coyotes lost, but it was a good game and a great night out for our whole family. Also Jobing.com is an amazing facility. I will definitely be using ticket Liquidator again.
