It was such an awesome time. I had no issues printing off my tickets and getting into the event was easy and issue free. The concert was high energy and a great show. I will definitely use Ticket Liquidator again.
Got the tickets on day they said they would get here but late in evening. Tickets were not for the seats that I ordered. I ordered floor seats and got concourse seating. The seats were still very good seats but not what I ordered. The price for the tickets were great $15 below face value but with 2 separate fees total was $10 more than face value.
I had the worst experience. I will never buy ticket from your site or another third party, and tell that to all my friends. Tickets were otherprice, 300$ for 2 tickets. We came from another state, I dont know how it happened, but tickets got lost and those tickets can not be printed from the website or replicated. "Pageant of the Masters" told us, its not their tickets and thhy can not dublicate them.We couldn't get in, despite we paid for the tickets. Yes, its was my falt, but things can happeed with anybody. Its 21 century, all tickets has to be available on line, like a plane ticket. Please take me off your mail list.
You have the slowest bartenders in the world or just not enough of them. It took us 1 hour to get them at 2 drinks per person waiting in the heat. By the time we got to our seats you spill half of the $10.00 small drinks. Cameo's performance was so poor people were walking out during their performance after they waited all day for them. I probably will not ever go to the
Anaheim Convention Center again too long of a walk for parking that you pay high dollar for and is not even valet. The rest of the performers were great it's the venue I was disatisfied with.

The concert was absolutely amazing. They put on a great show! The tickets arrived on time before the event which I was so thankful for, due to the fact I ordered them 1 week prior to the concert, so i was very happy for that! Our seats were great. We had a terrific view of him & would definitely order VIP tickets again. However, I'm very upset & disappointed with Montage mountain and the overall organization of the event. Event staff wouldn't let me park in the VIP parking section, even though my parking tag was visible.) I had asked & pointed out I had VIP parking & tickets bit was denied to park in that section, & had to park in a baseball field abut 5-7 miles away from the pavilion. We then had to wait approximately 1 hour for school buses to shuttle us up the mountain hill. There were only 4 or 5 buses running at a time. The traffic getting to the concert was incredibly congested & disorganized by event staff & took about another hour to get to the pavilion, dropping us off way below the pavilion entrance to walk another 1/4 mile or so into the event. The buses were filled with unbelievably drunk, obnoxious people, one of which pulled her pants down & urinated on the bus. We missed all of Dustin lynch & only saw the last song of little big town due to the poor traffic control & organization. We barely ( and i do mean barely) made it there to see luke bryan & ushers had little knowledge of where my VIP box section was located. The section for food for VIP holders was shut down & only soft pretzels & beverages available in the VIP area. I paid for VIP parking & wasn't allowed in that area, plus missing 2 entertainers I paid for. So, needless to say, I'm very disgusted with the event organization, the poor planning & control of the whole situation. Our seats were really good, but the rest was horrible.

I received the tickets a few days after the date that they were supposed to arrive; I was not notified of this and had to call in to see why they they were delayed. Other than that, the tickets arrived before the concert without any difficulty.

I won't use ticket liquidator again, because the fees were extraordinarily high. The ticket price was $296 and the fees were more than $70 -- that is more than 20%. Furthermore, the fees were sort of tagged on at the last minute and came as a complete surprise. Ticket Liquidator was not open about them at all. I will not use the site anymore.
Sorry you were unhappy with our fees. Those fees cover the costs of providing a great customer service experience and running a secondary ticket market. Those fees are standard to the secondary ticket market. If you missed the details, those fees are displayed on the final confirmation screen before before the transaction is completed. Sorry again for any confusion.
The bands sounded great, but you could tell they were not into it because the crowds were jerks! Talked the entire time. I was asked to sit down several times by a group of old white collar people that had no clue who the counting crows were! They even threw water at us! Really disappointed that I paid so Much for tickets and had this experience! We will not be back to chastain!

It was my first concert and I didn't want to spend a fortune on tickets to a concert I really wanted to see (Slipknot). I bought with Ticket Liquidator and got a very good deal on the tickets. It only cost me $150 for middle row tickets, If I had bought through other sites it would have cost me nearly double, Through the venue site it would have cost me nearly 3 times the amount I paid.
It was a great deal as the tickets arrived almost immediately and worked without issue at the concert. I just bought another pair of tickets for another show through TL and I plan to do so in the future for any and all concerts I attend. Seriously, I don't want this to come off as a fake review but it really is a great service with great deals.

Never got my tickets - wanted to see this concert so badly (part of my bucket list). I was most disappointed - they keep giving run around on phone and the day of concert (around noon) told we do not have your 4 tickets. The girl told you will get 200% refund - look like I only got 100% refund.

The preshows were cancelled due to thunderstorms, which I was glad for because we just wanted Coldplay to get on stage, but it took them an hour too long to do so, in my opinion, after the thunderstorms stopped. Also, I was very disappointed they did not use the huge stadium screen on the other side of the field. Oh, and my wrist band never lit up even though I took the tab out - that was very disappointing. I'm glad they used the wrist bands though, they make things more fun and colorful, I think they could have used them for more of the songs though. Man, my review seems depressing, I just want to be honest, but I really did enjoy the show! I do believe they should refund a percentage of everyone's tickets though.
Spending the day with my family and granddaughters and grandson was a awesome day the parking was pricing but was close to the event and best of all our team won I'm glad I was able to get the tickets on one of my granddaughter birthday which she said that's was a great present

Of course Hillsong United is already one of my favorite bands on this earth right now, so I just fulfilled my dream seeing them perform live. And I wish I could experience it again. The seats felt so close to the stage, which was pretty amazing. I already knew the night was going to be awesome, but little did I know it would be unforgettable!

In other words, they aren't even selling the tickets! A scam through and through. Their owners should be charged with fraud.

Answer: Hello Glenn, the reason you were advised you will have to receive the paperless entry tickets at a later date is because ticket sellers usually arrange paperless ticketing events in one of two ways: 1) A representative from the sellers office will meet you (and, likely, other customers, too) at the venue prior to the event, wait in line with you, and have the company credit card scanned by venue personnel. 2) The ticket-selling company will purchase the paperless tickets initially on a gift card (eg: VISA) and then mail this gift card to any subsequent ticket buyer. This buyer can then take the card (aka: the original purchase card) with them to the venue and have it swiped by venue personnel.
