We loved the show but the staff was quick to be rude and nasty instead of kind and helpful, (we were not the only ones to say that) which kind of made our experience a bit challenging. Our seats were great except one. We were squeezed into an area clearly meant for 5 adults not 6... unless the sixth was a three year old. To downgrade to a lesser set of seats after paying so much would have been criminal. I had to stand most of the time to enjoy the show so my wife and kids could be happy... Again... Great show! But staff was to be desired and the seating arrangement was unexpected. I think they forget the fans are the ones allowing them the privilege of working there. Especially the ones who travel across the world hoping for a great experience.
This would have been an awesome show had it been in a venue with good acoustics. NRG (Reliant Stadium) is the worst.
Phenomenal performance and spectacular sets! Fun story line, too.
Contacted me about time change of concert via phone and made follow call
Wanted to get tickets. Suddenly, a rebate pops up. Wow! The beginning of the end! Someone with access to your site can advertise to unsuspecting victims? My tickets even printed with the same ad? Now, I'm cancelling all my cards, my email, and praying that I can recover from this fiasco!
Aussie Pink Floyd was great. Sadly, I'm still sick to my stomach worrying.
Concert was great. Venue was very good.
Parking fee too expensive, Ticket fee was
Too much. Will look elsewhere next time.
After buying the tickets online, a flawless experience, I received an email on where and how I was to pick up my tickets.
I was to pick up the tickets at a hotel near the venue. Was I to meet someone in the parking lot? Was there going to be someone passing out tickets from the trunk of his car? We showed up there was no one in the parking lot so I called the phone number provided and they on East coast time and already closed for the day. So went into the Hotel lobby to ask at the reception desk. They pointed me to a door where there were two friendly people sitting at a desk with my tickets.
Instant Relief
So glad it all worked out well for you! Thanks for your review!
As far as purchasing the tickets, the process was easy to follow and I had no issues whatsoever with it. And the tickets downloaded smoothly without any hiccups. Now the concert was amazing. The venue was really nice especially since I had a good place in the lawn section. The concert was worth the price I paid to get in. Thanks TicketLiquidator.
You're very welcome! Glad the process was super easy for you!
First time seeing Korn live. They rocked! Also met Vinnie Paul in VIP lounge. Overall great experience.
You failed to provide the tickets that I had purchased in March. While I did get a refund, I will never do business with you again.
Sorry to hear things didn't work out. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
It was a great show. Got upgraded to covered seats for free. Had a great time.
Perfect! Glad to hear everything worked out so well!
You did a fantastic job. Tickets arrived early and the seats were great. Slash as always was fantastic. It was disappointing not to be able to hear Axl better. I'm not sure if it was the acoustics of AT&T stadium or an audio engineer that needs to be fired. It was still an okay concert
I had the BEST time ever at the Barbra Streisand concert. Though I have loved her voice since the first time I heard her and have been a huge fan for many years this was my first time seeing her "live" and she totally delivered. She was so personable with the audience that it felt intimate like we were in a club yet we were at a huge arena. She's an amazing singer and had a wonderful band, backup singers and three special guests, Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds, Seth McFarland and Jamie Fox who each sang a duet with her. I am still spinning. Her voice is still golden and she shines as the brightest STAR. (Although I don't remember his name, Barbra also had a magician join her on stage as a guest artist and allowed him to do his magic act. He was decent but not needed at all. Barbra alone is enough magic.)
The seating arrangement and set up for seating was lacking, only lettered not numbered, so drunk people fell over and would knock rows of chairs at a time. The sound was good, the show was good. But I would not pay the fave value of the ticket, $60, let alone the $100 re-sale price I DID PAY again, the section I paid for was also misrepresented in my opinion, I normally go to stub hub. Because of this experience i most likely will not use ticket liquidator again. I would have been fine withe seats and just moved to the side or to a different location but I had my 17 year old daughter and her friend to consider and keep and I on, which drastically took away from my enjoyment of the show.
I am very upset that ticket liquidator did not notify customers about the extreme security at Gillette. We came from our of state, took uber and were rudely told we could not attend the concert with our purses. You should have sent an email to earn us. Some women have very expensive bags and were told to throw them away. I would like compensation for my cost to FedEx the purses home. We were treated like terrorists. I will never attend another event at Gillette and will never use your company. Ticketmaster notified their customers. You ruined our experience. Mary Balbo
Wow! Many venues are enhancing their security to ensure better safety for their patrons. They would much rather be safe than sorry!
Due to Ticket Liquidator being a secondary ticket market, we are not directly affiliated with any venue. Therefore, we’re unsure of any venue’s policies. We have reached out to you privately for further information on this matter.
The Allen Event Center is a great venue they are very clean & organized. Then the artist were amazing. Plus the crowd and fans were great.
We had two tickets to the Dead and company in Mountainview last weekend and one of the tickets turned out to be a bogus ticket. When we contacted them they asked for ridiculous documentation for them to do anything. So my husband and I missed celebrating our 20th anniversary of our first date at shoreline on the same weekend (the last w/e of July 20 years ago listening to the Dead)! On the night of the concert they wanted us to get a written notice from the venue business office stating my husbands ticket was previously used (an hour before) by someone else! In writing ( like that would happen. Then they would consider refunding our money. We had driven 5 1/2 hours to attend this concert! Broke the bank to attend, hello... Thanks a lot Ticket Liquidators and no Thanks. Even the venue called them Scalpers and said not to use them again.
This was a great show. We went to this show last year and this one was just as good. Darius is a great performer and did a great job. We loved it.
Botti gets better and better. The choice of musicians remains priceless for his ensemble. I have seen him a dozen times. His new warm up group is amazing. The Tenors from Canada. A 6 or 7 piece group where each of the 3 tenors were as good or better than Bocelli or Groban... amazing performances.
Our tix were sold 2x. Thankfully The theater solved the problem. Wehad to sit in the press box. That raises the question if the tix were ligitimate. I will be very careful in the future
Answer: Not in my case. When I asked for a refund, these horrible people told me that "all sales are final. Our sellers do not provide order cancellations, returns, or refunds". In other words, they aren't even selling the tickets! A scam through and through. Their owners should be charged with fraud.
Answer: Hi Marceline, I'd be happy to take a look at your order to make sure it went through. Could you message us your order number so I can check on that for you?
Answer: Hello Amanda! Thank you for your question. All prices on our site would be in USD. Additionally, there would be a service fee and delivery fee on the order itself. You can view the final total prior to your order being placed on our site.
Answer: Hello again! This would look to be a double post of the same question. To save time, here is the response from your other question. "Without looking at your order directly, I would not be able to say what may being going on. Most performers do have a delay in delivery that could come close to the event date, which might be the case for your order. If you could give us a call at 1-800-456-8499 with your order number, we will be able to look directly into your order and get you the most accurate response possible."

Answer: Hello Samali, thank you for your question. Each listing is posted by one of the many sellers in our network. Each seller prices their tickets based on their expectation of the market value of the ticket. This would be why some tickets are higher than tickets on our site. The higher price would not always mean a better ticket. I hope that helps!
Answer: The service fees are 25% of the ticket price per ticket. This would be calculated and displayed during the review stage of checkout process. If you have any more questions, please do not hesitate to ask us at customersupport@ticketliquidator.com
Answer: Hello Glenn, the reason you were advised you will have to receive the paperless entry tickets at a later date is because ticket sellers usually arrange paperless ticketing events in one of two ways: 1) A representative from the sellers office will meet you (and, likely, other customers, too) at the venue prior to the event, wait in line with you, and have the company credit card scanned by venue personnel. 2) The ticket-selling company will purchase the paperless tickets initially on a gift card (eg: VISA) and then mail this gift card to any subsequent ticket buyer. This buyer can then take the card (aka: the original purchase card) with them to the venue and have it swiped by venue personnel. If you have any further questions regarding the delivery, you are more than welcome to reaching out to us at customersupport@ticketliquidator.com with your purchase number.
Answer: Hello Dana! Thank you for your question. Being that you do have an order with us, could you please call us at 1-800-456-8499 with your order number so that we can take a look into your question. We look forward to hearing from you.
Answer: Hello Denisse! We understand your concern with the delayed release date of the tickets. Being that this policy is created by the venue and performer themselves, we have not come across any issues with it. The tickets arrive in time for your event and are guaranteed to be valid for entry. Please feel free to call us at 1-800-456-8499 if you have any other questions.
