Maybe it is because I didn't order the most expensive box first but I wanted to try it before giving that much of an investment so I got the $60 box and that was to include 1 freebie for being a new customer. I was ordering this as a gift. What I received was one tank top for a man mind you and 2 pairs of very thin very cheap very VERY short swim trunks. Nothing that anyone I know would actually wear. I was expecting an outfit not a forced day at the $#*! looking like a weirdo. I would never allow my man to wear hoochie daddy shorts. I specifically spoke to the stylest and told them he only wears pants and t shirts and Jordan's so the outfit has to match Jordan's. Pfft
So I immediately express that I'm not happy with what was sent. I wanted a refund. NOPE they don't give refunds. So I asked for an exchange could they please just send me a couple t shirts instead. I was told I would need to keep my account open and active to get an exchange. Aka allow them to bill me for another box of crap no one would actually wear just to hope they exchange it with something normal people wear. Yea right! Their videos and ads are so misleading. WASTE OF MONEY
For $90 you get 2 pieces of cheap clothing from fake brands that actual look decent. The remaining 4 items or so usually end up getting donated because of how crappy they are. They sent a "$50 sign-on gift" which was a pair of jeans. BY FAR THE WORST JEANS I'VE EVER SEEN. My girlfriend works in the clothing business and laughed out loud by what she saw. If you want a decent clothing service I'd try Menlo Box. Its $60 for 2 pieces but I actually wear what they give me instead of donate it to goodwill. Also... Good luck cancelling. They spam you over and over again and say "we've tried to reach you" blah, blah, blah. All in all, such a sham and not worth the opportunity cost or the actual cost of doing business with these frauds.

It honestly just feels like they throw leftovers into a box and think to themselves well at least we are getting their money this month. I tried it out for 4 months and honestly regret doing it. Even gave the feedback on the products hoping for change but it really didn't do all that much. The sad part is a lot of their stuff has already ended up in my giveaway piles when I try to clean through my wardrobe.
My last order was literally 4 pairs of shorts, 1 all black shirt and a bright orange hat that doesn't go with any of the shorts they sent (or any of my previous orders). They could really build something cool with this business model if people kept track of your previous orders and sent things that you like (based on feedback) and that pairs well with other things they have already sent prior. Alas it seems to be just another money grab unfortunately so I have officially cancelled.

This company SUCKS. The clothes are very poor quality. But that's not what gave me the umph to leave a review. We realized within 24 hrs of signing up that this company was bad as not giving a refund is shady. But we didnt see this until after we signed up. We tried to communicate with a stylist before they sent the first box. They did not honor this request and they sent the box anyway. My son is a few odd shape super tall 6.3 and thin as he is young still. Also we did not want shirts with weird logos, we wanted plain shirts this was not honored either. We had to pay for the first box. Then we canceled our subscription via writing an email. It wasn't until we received a second box that we figured out our subscription was not cancelled. But we refused the box upon delivery and the box was returned unopened and undelivered. We then found an email that said we needed to call them for cancelations. This is the kicker for the 0 stars as if what has happened wasn't enough. When we called and told her the situation, she said " we see you returned the box unopened, but our policy is no refunds, so i will cancel your account but you will NOT get a refund." after she finished, I told her what i wrote above explain why we need a refund and added "if you don't give me the refund i will do it at my bank but it should be from you." she very abruptly said "you've been refunded, and your account cancelled." she said nothing more and hung up. If you need a refund HOLD YOUR GROUND. This company sucks.

I ordered an essential package from threadbeast, not only did my package show up two weeks later than it was supposed to, it was also delivered completely smashed. Upon opening my box I discovered my hat inside was completely unshaped and all clothes fit 2 sizes smaller than what was advertised.

Buyer beware. They send you a box blind without an indication as to what you are getting. If you don't like them you can only "exchange" them. You cannot return them at all. I had two separate orders sent and the clothes were subpar in my opinion and they even sent the wrong size. I would beware of working with them. I find Stichfix is way easier to deal with.
First box arrived with very unappealing poor quality clothing. No exchange or refunds. Customer service is not responsive. Save your money.

With threadbeast over a year every other box will be ok Ive had 2 repeat boxes literally same everything 2 months in a row for 275 i feel the hook up should be on point not worth the hassel this last month i decided to reedem all my ponts got two china market basketballs and 75 bonus items I was sent a package with 5 items and showes that were 3 sizes to big and no bonus items sent the box back the first buisness day that was last monday following weds Iam still waiting on a baller package replace.az well as my bonus items. Besides for a kind gentleman name Jashawn everyone else has made it seem Iam the one in the wrong. Veteran on fixed income i have learned my lesson i can go.to TJMaxx and walk out with personally picked items.

I can't even begin to explain how bad this company is and how dissatisfied I am the worse is that to cancel the membership you have to email them to cancel and it takes days for them to reply you back, Worse investment ever! My last box was literally empty and destroyed the UPS guy who delivered said that's how they gave him the box and that if we would of like for him to take it back unfortunately it wasn't me who was there when the package was delivered, the box before that one of the items was literally falling apart it was a jacket I contacted the company and they said they were going to replace it but obviously we did not get anything back, now I have been wanted to cancel my membership and is taking forever to get a reply from them. Save your money and go shopping to you favorite store you will safe much more than just money.

When I signed up I got the $150 box and they gave me a half off coupon to use. I received a jacket, sweatshirt, two shirts, sweatpants, boxers and a beanie for $75. For brand new clothes I don't think the $75 was that bad for what I received but for $150 they're absolutely insane because I don't wear sweatpants at all and in the summertime I'm not going to wear a beanie and it's April so why are you sending me a beanie. I have been trying to cancel now for over a week and they keep telling me I need to call them to cancel even though when you sign up it says send an email to cancel which I did as soon as I received the box I have received three emails and now three text messages telling me to call them to cancel because I have a coupon in my account. As I tell them I don't want the service so cancel my account It was not worth it. I would not trust this company ever again because of this process. To me this company is not worth it.

As an ex employee of threadbeast, I do NOT recommend anyone to subscribe. The clothes were $#*!ty. Baller plan is a SCAM. No one ever got Jordan's and if they did…. They were cheap Jordan's u can find at ROSS. As an employee it was even $#*!tier. I dreaded going to work everyday bc my job was literally calling people who wanted to cancel and I had to persuade them to stay! Like wtf. I had angry people yelling at me at everyday (as they should because our service is $#*!ty). I could Not take it anymore. I do not understand how some employees have been there for 2+ years…. The worst job ever. Every new employee who got hired…quits right away. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. DONT FALL FOR THEIR INSTAGRAM BECAUSE IT LOOKS REALLY COOL BUT ITS NOT!
Let's start by fact they have an area where you can give them info about what you do or don't like and that they just totally ignore. My kids got sent a bunch of summer clothing in the middle north east winter. Quality of clothing wasnt that great for what you spend nor did anything match. I tried to cancel Multiple times online to no avail. Conveniently months later they changed me $150 while I had left a card on to pay off a credit card. Found a phone number for them and spoke to a condescending rude woman who could care less I didn't want another box of crappy clothing nor that I needed that money. Instead she said it's in their fine print of you don't reach them within 7 days of a box they will keep sending and Zero refunds no matter what. So basically they could care less if you're happy with their products or if you need your $150 for something else they're attitude is too bad we are keeping your money and sending you things you don't want. Terrible company definitely don't suggest using them. You could get a lot more for your money going to the store yourself and spending $150 never mind things might be decent quality and match.

I would never use this service again. The clothes are cheap t shirts and jeans which the mark up at a crazy rate. Like another subscription these days you forget to cancel after you see the quality of the clothes. That's not the problem, with this terrible company. When you try to cancel they give you the run around and don't cancel. When you see another shipment being processed they won't stop it even if the shipment hasn't even started. One star I do not recommend.

I am what you call a straightforward guy I honestly don't think that it was worth the 150 be honest with you I really think I probably got maybe $75-$100 worth of clothes I got a pair of boxers one sweater and four shirts and one pair of joggers would I do it again I seriously doubt it not worth it

The clothing I received was not really what I tend to wear. I selected that I liked darker tone clothing and I was constantly getting white clothing. They even had the audacity to send me a shirt that was obviously an error. How you say? The inside of the shirt had the design on it and looked really faded due to that. You can't ask for exchanges unless sizing isnt right but why would I wear a misprint?

Its difficult to cancel as they try to make it impossible. Then different reps reply as to confuse you. I find it even more confusing how their are different "women" that responded throughout the experience, but once I had to threaten to cancel my account, all of a sudden a guy sends an email. This company uses shady tactics and uses social media to look good. Definitely cant trust a company that isnt for its customers and more on scamming people who use social media. I highly recommend using a different service that can actually respond to people who are paying money for a service.
