I have not cared for the last few orders I have had with TB. This month I was supposed to receive a pair of jeans in replacement I sent back months ago that was forgotten in my last box. I did receive 2 pairs of jeans in this box, however 1 was an item that was part of this months box, and the other was stickered as bonus item which I should have received with this box as I had the code Bonus50 for $50 in additional bonus items and that was the item. There was no extra pair of jeans that I should have gotten again this time. Also there was a windbreaker jacket that is really nice however is an XL which is far too big for me and I do not have that listed as a size for me. I have dealt with a frustrating experience trying to contact your customer service over the last few months from issues I've had and the exchange of the jeans which I told the last customer service person when they asked what I would prefer for a replacement pair of jeans I had told them I prefer blue jeans that have the faded look to them if possible and didn't mind jeans with the ripped look also. I was upset to find out also when I tried to cancel my membership after I received my 2nd to last box that the customer service person said I cannot cancel it as they won't be able to send my replacement jeans without my membership which is very upsetting as I had already paid for those items in that box so the jeans should have been replaced regardless if I kept my membership. I also had to wait until the next months box for them to send the replacement instead of them sending them out to me individually which a customer should not have to wait for another month. I went through a very hard time getting a hold of someone via email with all the different personnel at TB that come up in my email I was always directed to someone else when I would send an email on reply. I finally talked with a couple different representatives on the phone over the last few months about these issues and still have not gotten my correct items or replacement jeans. This has just become frustrating and I will most likely be cancelling my membership after this last box. Also cannot send the items back I need replacement on for different size as I don't want to wait another month for the exchanges.
