Switched my baby to this from karicare, she loves this milk and is thriving on it. But sometimes it doesnt arrive on time. Which gives me anxiety about my baby not having enough to eat or last her until the next shipment comes in. Recently subscribed to get 2 tins a fortnight delivered but it still hasn't come, so currently hoping the last of my babys formula lasts her until monday morning. Would be much better if supermarkets stocked this brand as it would be much easier to access. Less worry for new mamas like me having to worry about their baby not being able to have her milk. Otherwise love the product so far, just make it more accessible please! Im in NZ too btw

I love shopping from this company. I ordered an extra bundle by accident and didn't realise until the money was taken out. The company refunded me straight away, which I appreciated as it was my oversight. The website is so easy to use and the products are very good quality.

Clicking checkout button doesn't take me to shopping cart but instead adds item to the shopping cart. I had to click on the shopping cart icon at the top to view the items in my cart. There were three items whereas I only intended to add 1.
The products are good! We ordered twice and both shipments were bad. They came with loose cans inside of one big box ( the box was not strong enough) 50% of cans in both shipments were dented so badly and two cans covers were off. I was so disappointed! I wish the cans to be shipped in a suitable box with proper packing between the cans, perhaps cardboard dividers.

The site is a little confusing after being used to the old site. Also, there are less options for US customers and I'm not sure if this is a permanent thing, but I liked the option to buy/subscribe to one can at a time. I also liked the option to buy the pouches because they travel easier.
I never know when orders will ship, or when they will arrive at my house. For parents waiting for deliveries, I would suggest ordering A LOT of formula upfront so that you have a stockpile to hedge against unpredictable deliveries.

I wanted to love the formula, I was excited about the clean and quality ingredients! My son did have more spit up as well as tough to pass stools. My son also didn't care for the formula and it would take quite awhile to finish the bottle.
He didn't do amazing on it and that's ok; there are so many others that do great with this formula!

Kendamil. I was told Little Oak is healthier/Safer so I decided to try it. He failed it when I got him tested and I could tell he was feeling off. My advice would be stick with what you know. If you found something that works for you don't try to find the next best thing... they also don't offer any return options

Recently switched our 8-week-old from a well known, supermarket brand of cow's milk formula to LittleOak as we were looking for something with the best ingredients and that's as close to breastmilk as possible. So far, so good. She loves the taste and is having considerably less spit ups. We had a few questions about the transition and have found LittleOak's customer service to be exceptional, both over the phone and via email. Looking forward to the tins coming back in stock as whilst the sachets are handy, a lot of formula ends up being wasted.
