The guy told us it would be a 2 hour experience but they wasted 6 hours of our day. I asked them to get to the details on two occasions but they kept saying we are almost done. He saw we had our kids with us but kept going.
This is not an investment opportunity for your average tourist. Big waste of time on a family trip.
It's a little confusing for the customer to book anything and it's a problem to replay in 30 days try to make it less than that
My whole experience would have been as extremely enjoyable as the half end of the team tried to make it IF the first half of the team at the mall, at the airport had been CLEAR and totally transparent about what they were inviting me to. It seemed like they deliberately hid, avoided that!
The service is good and am happy. Looking ahead to the holidays.

Very Bad experience with the First Group. No one is commented. I will suggest don't go with first group. There is completely cheating.

Hospitality at hotel was very good. Breakfast varieties was too good. Your token to museum of future was not used, because it was not booked a month ago, but ok. The location of the property has access to all transport facility. Overall we had max fun during our stay at TRYP Wyndham Barsha Heights. Keep it up.
