As I stated to the customer service/solutions representative that ended up getting involved with my transaction, any company whether it be online or a brick-and-mortar platform, can thrive when a product or service is sold and there are no issues. However, the true test is when issues come up that are unforeseeable and the rep handling your transaction places themselves in your shoes and explores every possible avenue to get to an end result which makes the customer (in this case myself) more than just satisfied. This is the type of customer service responsiveness that separates a good company and it's ethics versus those that will not last.

It is no question that the theaterseatstore.com has a wonderful selection of all things for your theater room, especially with furniture. My set of our theater seats took about three months of research, shopping, visiting physical store locations, and finally ordering and purchasing my product. Then of course, time to wait for the delivery. SO, when the possibility that I was going to have to return my delivered product which was damaged during freight was a possibility, a full refund and pick up of my furniture was not something I was looking forward to. Never crossed my mind. You see, I like my new theater sec and a lot of planning went into it, so the last thing I wanted to do was start the entire selection process all over again and then have to order and wait for my new furniture. Theaterseatstore.com was very responsive and adamant about getting a certified tech to my residence ASAP to take a look and see if that was even necessary. Come to find out that my few issues (all minor, but a few and not would you would want after spending a couple thousand dollars on luxury furniture) which were noticed right after setup the day of delivery, all were able to be fixed and approved per Octane manufacturer standards.

In addition, for my time and trouble of having to go through the issues I did at all, theaterseatstore.com made sure that they went above and beyond to take care of me.

Kudos to Shara Williams and her team because she would not give up until I was satisfied. Five Star online retailer! A+++++ Customer Service!

Easy ordering process, but the shipping took really long and once it was finally delivered the silicone bead packaging was busted in 2 of the boxes and was a complete mess and was all over 2 of the 5 chairs we purchased.
